[On Hold] The Day He Left [On Hold]

Preface

My name is Brianna. Brianna Corinne Woods. I'm average height. Light brown skin, dark brown eyes, and a voluptuous body, made to look even better (or worse, depending on your viewpoint), by my height. My hair is black and unruly. My eyes are big and my mouth is small, but full. My left cheek is dimpled and I have a dimple on each side of my chin, right under the corners on my mouth.
I'm weird, quirky, nerdy and eccentric. My tastes are weird.

Don't get me wrong, I'm moderately popular and I'm always with friends, but I have my weird side. Then again, so do they. To understand this story you need to know a few things.

First:
My dad has been in the hospital for a while now. In the ICU. We don't know what happened and we don't know if he'll get better. They've told us he could die any day, and that has everyone in my family on the verge of insanity.

Second:
Ever since my dad got admitted into the hospital, I've been getting panic attacks.
My chest constricts, I felt like I can't breathe, my heart hammers like it wants to beat out of my chest, I hyperventilate, my chest area starts itching, my chest starts hutring..., the whole shebang.

And third, and very important:
Brayden Massey is perfect.
He's tall, skinny, skin the color of watered down honey and eyes like melted chocolate.
His hands are large from playing guitar, his fingers long and slender.
His mouth, oh his mouth. His lips are full, but not big. And when he smiles, it's like the whole world stops. He could light up a whole arena with that smile. For all his attributes, he isn't perfect. His face is not what most would call cute but I fell in love with his behaviour first. He is such a gentleman: he's nice and polite and chivalrous. Then I fell in love with his face. He's perfect boyfriend material.

He's my best friend.
