HEY YOU! YEAH YOU! I SEE YOU SITTING THERE.. I'd appreciate it if you could read this brief note before you get started. Please ensure that you're sitting comfortably.. and I really hope that you enjoy reading this book.
Before we get started, I would just like to put things into perspective to prevent any later confusion, even though there is still likely to be some.
FIRSTLY!! This is from a female's point of view. If you happen to be male and reading this... I would appreciate it if you don't say that I have been sexist whilst writing this. If it comes across like that, then I apologise.
I saw a post on tumblr the other day and it said that someone should write a book from as if they are the reader, using the word 'you' a lot. I figured it would be a challenge, and quite an interesting one at that. So I said "bring it on!" Don't get me wrong, this book is incredibly confusing to write, but hopefully it won't be as confusing for you to read.
Basically, the story is from your point of view, meaning that you have to imagine yourself to be in the situation that I describe at the current part that you're reading. Make sense? Awesome, and if not.. they will begin to make sense..
