Chapter 18

PJ's POV

I woke up in the morning head throbbing slightly from the little fight we had yesterday with Mr Blood Sucker

Ryland's head was next to mine, he was snoring slightly. SJ was on my lap, how the hell did he get there? I don't know. Thank god we weren't phased anymore

I quickly woke SJ up so that we could quickly collect the hairs before it seemed like we shaved ourselves. We put all the hairs in a little ziplock bag making sure it was closed absolutely tight, checking around to make sure we hadn't left out anymore

Me: Dude, I don't get it. I thought the hair would work

SJ: Me too. I guess it's just down to us now

Just then, we heard a groan and saw everyone getting up one by one groggily

Rydel: Morning guys! What're y'all doing up so early before us?

Me: Well we cleaned up the place a little bit for you?

Which was actually true. We threw away all the empty pizza boxes and stuff like that

Ross: Come on! Lets go down for breakfast and then we can go adventuring! I wanna go swim later!

Riker: Okay. Dibs in using the toilet first!

SJ: We're just gonna go back to our rooms to freshen up and stuff okay? Meet you guys at the lobby in about an hour?

Ryland: Right!

Ryland flashed me a charming smile and winked

OMG. I swear if I hadn't turned away, he would've seen my face which was now as red as a tomato

We left their room and went back to our room. And there was an unexpected surprise waiting for us there...

Before us was a pale dude wearing Bermudas and a polo shirt. He looked about 30, obviously more

SJ started phasing but I stopped him

What I realized about the stranger was that his eyes were a topaz brown color, meaning that he wasn't a human blood sucking vampire, in fact he only drank animal's blood

Me: Who are you and what's your business here?

Stranger: I am Jackson Van Heusen. My family supposedly detests your pack. Assuming they killed off every single one of the Chesires, they stopped. But now they're scanning the entire world. I come in peace. Me and my partner are here to protect you two and your little family next door. My partner, Eli, she has gone hunting at the moment. If you don't mind we stay in your room?

SJ tried to protest but I cut him off

Me: Sure. You aren't going to talk to them or communicate with them in any way, are you?

Jackson: Definitely not. Don't worry. My partner and I know better. Call me "Jack". I'd best be off hunting now

As Jack left to go hunting, SJ approached me shaking with anger

SJ: Do you realize what you just done? You let a leech, TWO leeches, near us and the Lynches

Me: Relax dude, I have a feeling we can trust them

SJ: Okay but we're still keeping our guard up

SJ left to use the bathroom first, I waited around and laid out our outfits each along with our swimming costumes

Not too long after, SJ came out of the bathroom wrapped in a towel

I went in and immediately stripped and stepped into the shower. I turned on the shower head and let the hot water beat down on me. After the entire shower session, I went outside, wrapped in a towel of course, to change to find SJ with his eyes glued to the TV

Me: Don't look at me

SJ: I know better than that

SJ covered his eyes while quickly changed

Me: Okay, I'm done. What's on?

SJ: I don't know. I'm just flipping channel randomly

Me: Isn't this great Seb? We're good friends with R5, werewolves and we're a band, we pretty much have everything we want

SJ: Except the fact that we have parasites on our tail

Me: Yeah. I hope there isn't many of them

SJ: For all we may know, or in this case not, there could be thousands of them

Me: Yeah, sadly you could be right. Ready to go?

SJ: Thought you'd never ask

We left the room with ALL our valuables of course. All that was left in the room was some clothes and toiletries. Our instruments were kept safety in the Lynches' room
