Nadine's POV

3 days after the party I haven't receive any informations or text from James. He's not even answering my calls for Pete's sake

I bit my lip and stared at my phone debating if I'm going to call him or not

I sigh and called him. Eventually it was ringing but the line went dead again. Napasabunot ako sa buhok ko at napabuntong hininga na naman

"Stress mo naman princessa ko, anong problema?" Tanong ng kuya kong may dalang Krispy Kreme at shake

"James is not answering my calls" He chuckled on my statement making me punch his arm in a rough way

"Aray ang sadista mo naman , nag mamalasakit na nga yung tao eh sinasaktan mo pa" Reklamo niya habang nakanguso

I just rolled my eyes and took another sip from my drink

"Hindi ba siya tumatawag sayo?" I gave him a blank look when he ask me that question

That's why I'm stressed out dumbass

"If he is , your not here right now" I said , he acted like an arrow has shot his heart

"Ouch ang sakit naman nun ano ako rebounded?" Please mark the sarcasm on his tone

"No , my brother" I said in an obvious manner , he just chuckled and took a bite from the donut

"Why don't you visit him , baka may sakit yung tao"

His ill? He should have told me if he's sick , I mean he's my boyfriend I have the right to know and even if were friends we are still doing that right?

"I guess your right" I said and stood up grabbing my bag and car keys

"By the way , may trace na kami kung sinong pumatay sa mga magulang natin" He stated coldly , I turn to look at him again

"Where?"

"They are in America right now , I don't know what specific place but they are in America"

My eyebrows twitch "Are you sure about that?" I ask , I heard him snort

"Princess I've been a detective for two years in a row. I have solve a lot of cases but now your doubting me?" He ask unbelievably and made a pout

"Geez I didn't know about that big brother" I said and went out of my office still hearing his rants about how doubtful I am to him

Moving on , nag mamaneho ako ngayon patungong condo ni James. I saw his car so I know nandito siya. I did not bother knocking on his door cause he gave me a duplicate of his key

"James" I called out

Pumunta ako sa kusina , sa sala at sa kwarto niya. Pero wala parin siya

"Nasan naba yung demonyong yun" I muttered under my breath , and sat on the sofa already massaging my head

I felt my phone vibrating inside my bag so I immidietly got it hoping it is James. But sadly it wasn't , it was Andre

Andre Calling

"Yeah?"

{ Are you with Yassi? } My eyebrows twitch by his question

"No are you with James?"

{ I was about to ask the same thing }We groaned and I ended the call

Is James with Yassi?

Damn it Nadine he is your boyfriend and she is your best friend why are you doubting them?
