"I am not shocked. I am pissed." I told Nick. "Well, don't be sunshine. It's an honor to have me as your partner. Well, same goes to you but nah not really though." Nick told me. "Ugh, cocky as ever. Can we just start discussing what we'll do?" I told him. "Whatever you say, sunshine." Nick said. "Yeah, whatever. So, before we do this project. I'm telling you that we're doing this in the library after school. Oh no, wait. Just after an hour or two after school, then I'll just meet you in the library or something. Clear?" I said. "Uh.. First, why are we doing this in the library? Why not your house or my house? Second, why not after class? You have plans, sunshine?" Nick said. "First, I don't really like going to your house. And I don't you going to my house. Second, yes I have plans. We clear now?" I said. "Enough with the counting. Why cupcake? You scared of being alone with me?" He asked, while smirking. "Uh, no I-I'm not." I lied. Yes, I'm scared okay? He's a player. Who knows what he's planning on doing. "You're cute when your lying, sunshine." he said. "I'm not cute and I'm not lying" I said. "Come on cupcake. I know you're scared. Let's make a deal. Shall we?" he said. "Wh-what d-deal?" I said. Yes, I'm stuttering because I'm scared of what I'm getting into. "I need this project for my grade. I don't want to fail Biology, okay. So, you will help me get this project good. In exchange for that, I will be nice to you while we're doing this project. Deal?" he said. Well, I guess that's good enough for me. But... "What's the catch, Nick?" I said. "What catch, do you mean?" he said. "I know that you have a plan underneath this deal shiz thing." I said. "Can you just agree with it? Come on, I'll be somehow nice to you alright?" he said. Oh well, here comes nothing. "Fine. Deal." I said. "Good. Now I know in the end.. You'll fall for me." he said. "What. Pft, what?! No way. I bet you will." I said while smirking. Wow, I'm feeling the sense of smirking. "I don't want to bet. I don't want to see you lose, darling." he said. "Pft, me? Fall for you? Impossible Nicholas." I said. "Oh, it's possible...." he said, not knowing my name. Ugh. "Kate. Kate Jacksons." I said. "It's possible, Kate. You'll see." he said. "Whatever, Jacobs." I said. The bell rings, then I'm off to go to stading up and fixing my things. When I took my bag and planner, someone took my bag first before me. "But we have deal, right Jackson?" he said. "Yes, we have a deal alright Jacobs?" I said. "Yeah, whatever Jacobs." I said while getting my bag from him. "You'll definitely fall for me Kate. You will." he said. "Pft, whatever." I said while getting out of the room.
Oh, what a joy! After Biology, it was lunch time then comes gym and then I'm done with school! Finally! "Hey Hayls, I'm off to the studio ayt? I'll text you later if ever. See you tomorrow! Love ya!" I said while waving to Hayley. "Sure thing. Oh, the studio? I'll visit next time, alright? See ya and love ya!" Hayley said.
Since I didn't use my car, I walked to my house. Left my school things and took my dance bag. Left a note to my Mom about me going to the studio and took my car keys and went inside my car.
"Hey Farrah! Long time no see! Is there an available room to dance to?" I told Farrah, the lady who's working in the studio. "Hey Kate! Of course! There's always an available room for you. One of the best dancer needs a room! You still remember the room that you used to dance?" she said. "Of course! Thanks Farrah!" I told her. I went to the locker rooms and changed my outfit. I wore leggings and a huge t-shirt that has a print saying "Dance my heart out". Yep, dancing is my passion. I left my bag inside the locker. I brought my iPhone, my towel and my water. I went inside the room that was actually just used by me. It was room 317. Same number as my locker number.
I connected my iPhone to the speakers. I scanned through my Music and found Booty Work. I thought to myself and I just want to dance Ellen Kim's Booty Work.
I danced my heart out while doing the steps that Ellen Kim made. After the song, the next song came. And it was Thrift Shop. I feel tired. So I just drank some water and lied down on the floor. Breathing deeply, gosh, I feel so tired. But nothing's going to stop me from dancing. I went to my iPhone again and chose Can't Hold Us by Macklemore. Yeah, I remember dancing this when I was on my way to school awhile ago.
While dancing the middle of the song, my eyes are closed so that I could feel the music. But then someone said, "Wow, that's just wow sunshine." I quickly opened my eyes when I heard the word 'sunshine'. Then I saw the tall guy that was standing by the door. "Nick.." I said while breathing. "Hey sunshine." he said. "What are you doing here?" I asked. "Oh, some girl told me where you are." he said. "U-uh. W-who?" I asked. "Just some girl, Olivia Kate Jackson." he said while winking. Oh hell no, how did he find out my whole name?!
