When ever you feel like you are not worth anything or you won't be missed. Just read the picture.
YOU ARE THE ONLY YOU AND ALWAYS REMEMBER THAT!
There is always - always - someone who is helping you and hoping that you are okay. They may even care about you more than themselves. These people are more often than not hiding.
They help you from the shadows. They steer you in the right directions.
You see I have always had this fear that everything around me is a lie. Like I'm in a coma and any second I'm going to wake up and it will all be different. Or everyone is just acting. Like they all have a secret and I'm not allowed to know. I don't think I will ever get over that fear but I am trying. And that's all I can do really.
I just want you guys to know if you too are suffering from something that I am here to help you through and to help you cope with it.
If you aren't suffering then this is like the inside to someone's brain that is. This will help you understand. But everyone is different. Everyone copes differently. Like I listen to music and I do my origami and on my really bad days I talk to my friends who literally talk me out of hurting myself or suicide around once a month. But my best friend Sam does it differently. She has pets and looks after them and she detached herself from those whom were triggers and other stuff that I probably don't even know about.
You see it doesn't matter if you have just been diagnosed, you have been for years or if you just have a feeling and you don't know what it is that triggered it. We are all the same. We may suffer differently and cope differently but in the end we all need someone to vent at and to get advice from.
So that is my ultimate goal. To be here for you guys.
