Chocolate Peppermint Cupcakes.

In a large bowl cream together the butter and sugar with an electric mixer (either stand or hand). Add in an egg and beat well. Add in the last egg. Sift the flour, cocoa powder and baking powder into the bowl. Add the peppermint extract, chocolate chips and milk into the bowl. Fold in the milk, extract, chocolate and dry, powdery mixture. Spoon/pour the mixture into cupcake or muffin pan lined with cupcake liners. Bake at 180°c until a skewer comes out clean (around 15mins). Makes 24.
