"NOTOKA!" My mother yells. I open my puppy eyes to a bright sun coming through my window. Next thing you know I hear my dad coming down the stairs to get me. "NOTOKA! Get up and eat breakfast! You are going to be late to school!" He yells at me.
He then trots back up the stairs and when I see the coast is clear...I get up. I reach my paw out to grab my yarn blanket and pull it off me. I forgot my pet cricket Cocoa was sleeping on it and accidentally sling her into the air. She lands on my dresser. "Oh Cocoa. Silly silly Cocoa!" I climb out of my basket and head towards my dresser. "Jump! Come on! Jump Cocoa jump!" I whisper to Cocoa trying to make her jump. It worked. She took a long leap towards my basket and made a soft landing.
I open my dresser and begin to search through the rubble. I managed to find a nice blue collar and a mint skirt. "Aw where's my favorite mint bow?" I question myself.
"Aw, I guess not today." I weep a little and trudge up the stairs to the bathroom. I reach the bathroom and remembered that I am suppose to eat breakfast. I quickly run down the hallway into the kitchen. I see my little brother sitting at the table eating some weird mushy stuff. I scan the table and see a plate for me. Smelling it, it made me extremely hungry. I began to dig into it like a mad dog. Then, I heard a knock on the door-
