"No Abbi..I really do.." Toby said with a raspy tone
I blinked and looked at him. He stared into my eyes and got up from the couch.
"I have for a long time.." He slowly wrapped his arms around me "Ive waited a long time to tell you that..and I shouldn't have."
Our noses touched and our lips gently but barely were pressed together. My heart started beat faster and my cheeks blushes pure red.
"Toby I-"
He puts his hands on my cheeks and interrupted me with a kiss.
This was..a dream of mine. I've waited for this moment a long time. But then I remembered..he's drunk..this..has to be the alcohol talking..
I pulled away from the kiss and gave a slight frown.
"Toby..you don't love me. This isn't real. You're just..drunk." I unwrapped his arms from me "I'm sorry.."
He frowned and took my hands. "How can I..prove to you it's real?"
"You can prove it once your breath doesn't smell of alcohol" my hands gently slipped from his grip and I went off to bed.
I'm sorry Toby.. I just can't believe you at a time like this.
