A/N - Hey so @Naluforever0218 wanted a Kagehina and well- here it is! I switch between Kageyama and Hinata's P.O.V a couple times so hopefully it's not confusing. Anyway, enjoy~!!

Kageyama stared blankly down at his books that were laid out before him. His elbows rested on the edge of the table and his feet moved in slow circles from where he sat cross-legged on the floor. Light snoring that came from the other end of the table, made him snap his head up from where he had been staring at what seemed like math. A vein popped in his head and he shoved all the books on the table forward, making them slide off and down onto the sleeping victim. A tired yet startled, "Ooof," came from where the books had fallen and suddenly an orange blur of hair shot up from the ground. Kageyama's notepad slid from the head and hit the floor with a thud. The boy rubbed his chest as he looked across at Kageyama with one eye shut.

"What was that for?" he grumbled, reaching around him and piling the books back onto the desk.

"That's for being a dumbass and sleeping while we're meant to be studying," retorted Kageyama as he folded his arms, "We need to pass our next lot of tests to be able to go to training camp this summer. So hurry up and continue" Hinata huffed and rolled his eyes but couldn't really fight back because he knew Kageyama was right, unfortunately. Hinata let out a yawn and stretched his arms above his head, making his white long-sleeved shirt roll up his stomach. Half of his stomach stayed exposed far too long for Kageyama to sit quietly but he covered his urge to jump across the table and pin the boy down by coughing into his hand and standing up.

"Hey, we're you going? I thought you were the one who wanted to keep studying?" came Hinata's voice from behind him.

"Shut up. I'm getting a glass of water," he said, blushing a little and muttering, "It's getting hot."

"Huh?" said a confused Hinata as he watched Kageyama walk out of the room. Once the door was closed, he bit his lip and hugged at his stomach. His whole face went red and he played with the hem of his shirt. He didn't know what he hoped to accomplish, maybe he just wanted to get a reaction out of Kageyama. He'd been doing stuff like that a lot lately, trying to catch Kageyama's attention but none of it seemed to be working. He'd either turn away or continue on like Hinata had no effect on him. It was unfair. It was unfair that Kageyama was always on his mind and no matter what Kageyama was doing, Hinata always found himself following his every move. He thought that maybe since Kageyama always watched him on court, he'd do the same off, but that was him just getting his hopes up.

His mouth dropped and he continued to bite at his bottom lip, raising his knees up so he was sitting in a ball, and wrapped his arms around his legs. He buried his face into his knees and let out a sigh, maybe he should just give up; his love seemed like it was always going to be unrequited.

Outside the closed door Kageyama was rested against the opposite wall, facing the ceiling with his eyes closed, hands covering his mouth. He groaned and rubbed his face, sighing as he pushed himself off the wall. His hands dropped to his side as he made his way down the corridor to the kitchen. That had been the biggest test he'd ever faced. Lately he had been watching Hinata more closely, even when off the court, and every time Hinata moved Kageyama's eyes were glued to him; during lunch when they would occasionally eat together, him walking past Kageyama's classroom- the way he'd sometimes do a little skip when he was excited and walking to and from school. It was especially hard in the change rooms or in the club room when they were getting changed, but what made it worse was when Hinata stood around talking, swinging his shirt around. The other day he was really close to pushing Hinata against the wall, even if there were others around, but he instead rushed out the door.

Kageyama walked into the kitchen as images of him having Hinata beneath him blushing and out of breath flashed across his mind. He imagined what it would be like to kiss his slightly damp lips, turning them red with force, running his hand up Hinata's shirt and feeling the skin he oh so desperately needed to touch, the feel of Hinata's hands clutching at his shirt, trying to also take it off. Kageyama froze as he got to the fridge and tried to clear his thoughts. He could not go back into that room if he imagined any further. He poured himself a glass of water and took a huge gulp to calm himself down. He eventually returned to his room and saw Hinata curled up in the same place where he had left him. At the sight, Kageyama raised an eyebrow and slowly walked towards him, "Are you okay?"
