Four months later.
I was done with high school and I made my results, i was one of the best graduating students in Westfield high, finally my dreams were coming to pass and i felt happy within me.
Few days later.
After my graduation, I packed my papers and travelled to Canada, it was here my new life began. I was very happy because I had never seen the other sides of the world except in t.v
I had to lodge in a cheap hotel for the mean time before I start school. School wasn't resuming until September, so I had two months of preparation to myself.
"Good afternoon" I greeted the receptionist.
"Good day young lady" she said in a fine American accent
"I would be staying her for two months ma'am" I said.
"That would be 6000 Canadian dollars." She said smiling.
I paid the money and I was given the key to my room. It was small but comfortable. I settled my things and called my family.
"Sweetie have you arrived" my mom asked worriedly
"Yes mom, I've even settled" I said.
"Take care my live and be good, don't forget all I taught you" my mom said.
"Yes mom" I said
"We love you sis" I heard my siblings shout over the phone.
"I love you too" I said smiling.
After I was done calling, I decided to go sight seeing. Canada is a lovely place, I took pictures and I had fun all by myself. It would have been wonderful if my family was here. I called it a day and just went to my room.
