Let the world fall.
Let it collide violently to the surface.
It will create an eye around us.
It will stay clear.
Even if this isn't meant to be,
Scarcely suitable for either of us,
We must let it progress.
Let the world fall around us, if it must.
If we tear away, we'll tear out
Something we've given one another,
That we can't live without.
Let the world fall.
