I was still mad about the whole Kendra situation. This entire Im tryna be nice and welcoming to Monica and Kendra's goes ahead behind my back and tells her all this nonsense.

Of course that's why shes been treating me like she did. It all makes sense now, and can i get her back now? Nope. She talking to home boy Marlon. This shit is annoying a.f.

All because Of Kendra's hoe ass. Sick and tired of her bs.

"Bren Bren?" I heard her call.

"Yes momma?" I said as I went to her.

My mother was my world, on some real shit..I thank this woman everyday for what she's done for me and my sister Caiden. My mom is a single mother, due to loss of my dad. He died in the war. My mom was battling breast cancer 4years ago, and that was a tough time for us. So to see her smiling and getting better, just puts a smile on my face everyday.

"Come eat your food" She said as she placed my dinner on the table.

"Momma Im not hungry." I said as I put my hands in my pocket.

"Boy you better eat" She said as she placed her hands on her hips.

I smiled and nodded  as I went and sat down at the table.

"Bren howcome you dont sing no mo' like you used to?"

"Just not feeling it mama"

She shook her head, she knew why.

My dad was the reason why I began singing. I grew up listening to the tempetations, Marvin Gaye and all them Oldies. He used to sing those songs to me all the time, and I grew up with him and I singing.

When he died it was like, I couldnt do this without him.

Things have been going good. Ive found a nice Condo not too far from Renae's. Im excited.

I was shopping in target when I felt someone tap my shoulder.

When I saw him I froze.

De'andre was Richards brother. Richard...Monica's father.

"Hey here's my card if you ever need anything and I wanna meet my niece iight?"

"Yea i gotchu" I said as I nodded and gave him a light smile.

I watched his sexy ass walk away as i stood there.

I always liked De'andre he was way smarter than his brother. But I thought he hard feelings against me because you know what happened.

I was really beginning to dig Monica man. She was amazing. She made me feel so important. Like this girl really brought a smile to my face.

I dropped my phone as I got up and opened my door.

"KENDRAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA" I said as I ran towards her room and kicked down her door.
