"Mummy I want ice cweam!"
"Okay honey come on" I took her tiny hand and lead her to the ice cream shop across the street from the park
"Daddy I want chocolate and strawberry" I heard a little kid scream when we entered the shop
"Mummy?"
"Yeah sky?"
"Why don't I have a daddy?" She asked with her voice cracking as if she was about to cry
"Honey don't cry" I said kneeling so I was her height "you do have a daddy he's just busy right now, but you'll meet him some day" I said hoping it would make her feel even a little better
"Pwomise?" She asked
"Promise"

I should explain a little bit. Well I'm Tana Whitesides, I'm 19 years old and I have a 2 year old daughter, turning 3 next week. Luke Brooks is the father, yes the internet sensation from the Janoskians. But the thing is, I never got to tell him, the day I found out I was pregnant my dad told me we where moving to Perth because of his job. So here I am, living with my father and daughter in the other side of Australia while my baby daddy lives a totally normal life not knowing about her.
Anyway we got home and i took a shower and put on some pajama shorts and an oversized t-shirt and went to the living room to find Skylar sound asleep. I put her to bed and did my now night routine which now is, staring at my phone asking myself if i should call Luke and tell him "hey Luke it's me Tana well you have a 3 year old daughter just so you know" which i decide against everyday since its crazy.
-in the morning-
I woke up at 8:30 to the sun blinding me,ugh I always forget to close the curtains. I got out of bed, brushed my teeth and went to check on Skylar, she was on her bed playing with her dolls.
"Good morning baby"
"Good mwrning mummy"
"Want some breakfast?" I asked, she just nodded her head
I picked her up and took her downstairs and to the kitchen, dad was there drinking his coffee and reading the newspaper.
"Good morning dad"
"Morning honey, morning sky"
"Good mwrning nonno"
"Have you eaten breakfast yet?" I asked
"No honey I'm okay"
"Are you sure?"
"Yeah don't worry"
"Okay then, sky what you want for breakfast?"
"Panecwkes!"
"Your wishes are orders princess" I said making her giggle
"Oh honey I got some news to tell you!" My dad said
"What's up?"
"Well I got promoted again and guess what"
"What?"
"Where moving back to Melbourne!"
