Kylie's POV
Why do people have to be so obnoxiously loud? Not everyone is interested in what you have to say. That is why I have lunch in the library. Such a quiet environment unlike that monstrous cavern teenagers call a cafeteria. I usually have a peanut butter and jelly sandwich with some orange vanilla seltzer for lunch while I read my book. It's a very relaxing experience, at least for me. But today my sweet, sweet silence would be shattered because the one and only Michael Clifford just happened to be looking for a textbook with his best friend Luke Hemmings. Their behavior was extremely aggravating. They were yelling and fooling around essentially disturbing people in the library including me.
I was going to tell them to stop their horseplay but I don't talk to other people all that much unless the situation calls for it but these two were just being simply annoying.
"Could you two please shut your traps for 10 seconds?!" I said through my teeth
"Did you hear that Luke?" Michael said
"No I didn't. Where did that noise come from?" he said turning his head towards me.
"I have an idea of where it came from Luke" Michael said and turned his head towards me.
"I hope you know you guys aren't the least bit funny" I told them.
"Who us?" Luke said acting offended.
"We weren't trying to be funny" Michael said.
"Whatever, just please shut up" I said annoyed.
"Ok your majesty" Michael whispered while he bowed down to me. Luke snickered at that.
They were quiet after that but I saw them sit down at a table and it was all downhill from there. They were cutting something out of paper and laughing under their breaths. I was going to kill the two of them when they stood up from their seats. Michael had something in his hands and that worried. He came up behind me and put a piece of paper on my head but not just any piece of paper but one shaped like a crown.
"What is the meaning of this" I ask.
"A princess needs her crown" Michael said through his laughter.
"Yup" Luke agreed.
"Would you two just leave me alone" I said taking the crown off my head.
"Whatever you say your majesty" Luke said.
They finally left and I was so relieved. I looked at the crown again. It had red rubies that were colored with red marker. There was also the word princess written in cursive with a pink marker. It was a nice effort I guess even if they were making fun of me.
Soon the bell for 6th period rang and I didn't get to finish my lunch because of Michael and Luke. I went to my locker, put my lunch away and I took one last glance at the crown before I shut my locker.
AN: So that was the first chapter of invisible. I hope you enjoyed it. I'd like to think it was kinda good but it probably wasn't, anyway watch out for the next chapter:)
