The Coffee Date

All i need today is a little bit of coffee and and a whole lot you.

Edward's POV

Malapit na akong napamura mula aking kinauupuan. Nasa isang coffee shop ako at hinihintay si Liz. Halos magdalawang-oras na akong narito at tanging nagbibigay-iwas boring lang sa akin ay ang kapeng inorder ko. I settled a date with her ganyan ng usapan naming ni Zu, besides I like liz. Di siya boring kasama at maaliw ka talaga. "Saan na ba siya". I looked at the time my phone shows at malapit na akong mainip.

I thought of going home but suddenly tumunog ang pagbukas ng pinto and I looked up.

What is she doing here?

I asked myself finding out that this isn't Liz who came in but Kim. She smiled when she saw me and directly went to the table I am located. She sat and poured herself a drink. My drink. "Hi, sorry I am late. Di makakarating si Liz because my sudden appointment siya at ako nalang ang pinapunta nya."

NO. My point is I don't care if she will come or not, I am just surprise on seeing her now. Di ako prepared.

"I see." I don't know what to say. Di planado ang lahat ngayon dahil I really am expecting that the face I will see today is her best friend, not her. "Order yourself a drink."

"Thanks" –

Nakatitig ako sa kanya. Sa bawat kilos niya at sa maganda niyang mukha. I still found her fascinating, like the first time I saw her drunk on that club. I've never been fascinated to any other girls but on her. Ewan ko.

She ordered a cold mocha caramel. Very lady's choice. At ibinaling ang tingin sa akin. "I'm so sorry at ako ang kasama mo ngayon". She apologized. "Don't worry, di na ako galit after what happen on the counter area."

Yeah. Sa counter area ng ipahiya ko siya sa harap ng maraming tao. Nang makita ko siya roon, ibang Kim ang nakita ko at kasama ko today. You really can't judge a person on the first time you saw him or her. The first time I saw her isn't on the counter area but was the time I saw her on the club closely and fell in love on her face. 

"That, I am sorry." If you only knew how I really wanna see you everyday lady. 

 Ngumiti siya. A very feminine smile. "Okay na yun, move-on na tayo." 

"Thanks"- sabi ko.

Biglang dumating ang waiter and served the coffee she ordered. She took a drink. "Are you courting Liz, just if you won't mind me asking."

Muntik ko na siyang matapunan ng kape na iniinum ko. Am I too obvious?  Tumawa ako, very fake laugh. "I am starting to know her as first basis."
