Maple syrup

     For a treat, my mom took my dad and I to a really famous waffle place. When the waffles came, she gave us a little metal can of maple syrup that is used over and over for other people. My mom gave it to me so I poured it on my waffles and then licked it. LICKED IT! Other people were going to use it. My mom saw and made me go give it to them and tell them what happened. I was so embarrassed and I started crying. We went home without talking. It basically ruined my whole day. I still cringe at it to this day.
