"Hey Kyle, hey Wyatt. Have a nice nap?" Kaylee asked sweetly.
"You have spent way too much time with your brother; you know that." Wyatt said with a glare.
Kaylee laughed and poured herself a glass of coke. As she was leaving she stopped and patted Wyatt's cheek before heading back upstairs.
She is so going to be a trouble maker when she's in high school. She is also gonna make the guys go crazy.
Hayden walked in and gave me a smirk before making conversation with Wyatt and Kyle about something he had read online. I shook my head at him as I took a drink before joining in on the conversation.
[Next day, at school]
The guys left a few hours after we finished dinner and I ended up staying up till 3am just lying in bed thinking about M.K. Aria.
I was so tired I could hardly hold my eyes open. I ended up sleeping through my first class. Once lunch rolled around I was so done with school. So far I haven't seen Aria in any classes today and looking around the cafeteria I couldn't see her anywhere.
"Hey Dyl, you look like shit. Didn't sleep much?" Kyle asked with a mouthful of spaghetti.
"Gross dude, keep your mouth shut when you've stuffed it with food." Hayden said with a disgusted face. This just caused Kyle to chew obnoxiously, which lead to him getting a slap on the back of the head by Wyatt.
"Didn't sleep well." I answered.
"Would that have something to do with a certain girl?" Wyatt teased. I just rolled my eyes and ignored them.
"Well I can tell fine sir, that you shall not rest until you find out more information on thus fair lady." Hayden spoke in a renaissance accent. Wyatt, Kyle and I all looked at him weirdly. "I can hack into her files for you so you can read more about her." He gave me a blank look.
I got up and moved to the other side of the table beside Hayden. Hayden's fingers flew around on his keyboard as he typed away. Windows would pop up and disappear and more would pop up. All of it in some kind of computer code.
Aria's picture popped up on the screen along with her school file on one side and her police file on the other side of the screen. Luckily Hayden and my backs were to a wall so nobody could see what we were looking at.
M.K. Aria
Age found: 8 ... place of birth: unknown ... parents: unknown ... date of birth: unknown
Straight A's ... no detentions ... top student in the school.
There really wasn't much on her.
"This is all you have on her? Really? You can't hack something else on her." I asked.
"Well since it's almost like she didn't exist until she showed up here at age 8. There has got to be a record from her past somewhere; so I can try and find that." Hayden spoke as he started to type quickly again.
All of a sudden things on the screen started to flash and the documents on M.K. Aria disappeared.
"What's happening?" I asked.
"I ... I don't know. I think that I might have tripped something; maybe, I don't know." Hayden looked very confused as he furiously typed away.
"Wait the king of hacking made a mistake? ... Or is king being hacked?" Wyatt raised an eyebrow.
"Oh, shut up." Hayden hissed. "Ffff. What? Damn, I am being hack and this person is really good." He mumbled.
"Hold up; someone is actually hacking you?" Kyle got up from the table and walked around to our side looking over our shoulders. Hayden growled.
[M.K. Aria]
Lizzy and I stayed home from school today. We both still had bandages around your arms and didn't want any questions asked.
Aron thankfully always leaves early in the morning and goes to bars after work so he gets home late most of the time also.
Since Lizzy wasn't going to school today she was able to sleep in. I had got up at my usual time (I don't sleep much) and made Cassy and Matt their lunch. Once they were ready to go I walked them to school after writing Lizzy a note telling her where I was in case she woke up while I was gone.
Once I was back Lizzy was still asleep like I expected her to be, so I sat downstairs on couch with my laptop beside me. I ended up having a small half nap after watching some Criminal Minds on TV. Lizzy coming down the stairs was what made my 100% awake.
I gave her a smile and a looked that asked how she was doing.
"I'm doing good, considering." I pointed at her arm and raised an eyebrow. "It still hurts, but it does feel better than yesterday." She responded to my question.
I tapped my right wrist asking the time. "It's 11am. Will you make me pancakes?" Lizzy batted her eyelashes at me. I nodded and gave her a smile.
Grabbing my laptop Lizzy and I went into the kitchen. She started to grab the items that we would be needing while I put on some music. Voodoo Doll by 5 Seconds of Summer blared through my speakers.
Just as we started to rock out and make pancakes an alert went off on my computer notifying me that someone was looking into my records.
I decided to just watch what they were doing but first I hacked into their camera on their computer. On half of my screen I was watching what they were doing on their computer and on the other side I could see the person, or in this case people.
Dylan and Hayden. Why are they looking into me? I remember when I first came to town Hayden had looked into me. But I wasn't too surprised then, I was new and didn't talk. Why now though? It's been 9 years.
But Dylan just came into town. Question is; why is he digging?
I watched what they were doing on one of their laptops; I dug a bit into his computer so I could figure out whose it was. Considering how high-tech it was I figured it was Hayden's. He's one of the best hackers in town so just from seeing his firewall I knew it was Hayden's. But to be honest it's not a hard firewall to crack. There's a backdoor into everything and he did a rookie move by having minimal security on his. You would think since he is such a good hacker it would be better.
They only were looking at my file from school and the file that was made at the police station from when I was found. Okay well that's harmless. Hayden started to dig deeper and I decided that they had their fun in poking around in my files.
My fingers tapped away on the keyboard taking over Hayden's laptop.
I made it so his screen started to shake and then glitch before making it go all black. After I saw them freak out a bit and Hayden try different things to make it back to normal, I wrote a message and put it in big red block letters.
[Dylan Marcus Stone]
The screen started to shake and glitch.
"Well then do something." Wyatt said hitting his shoulder.
"I'm trying! It's not as easy as it looks!" Hayden was getting really pissed. All of a sudden the screen went black.
"What did you do?" Kyle asked.
"I didn't do anything, just like before! I told you I was hacked! It had to have been the person who hacked me." He typed away again trying to get his laptop back under his control.
Big red block letters then appeared on the monitor.
Stop Digging. It's none of your business
P.S. Hayden you really need better protection on your backdoor. It was very easy to get in
"Dude you got hacked by a girl." Wyatt said and smirked. Hayden growled.
"What how do you know?" Kyle asked.
"We were looking into Aria and then it says stop digging. Who else could it have been than her?" Wyatt pointed out in a duh tone.
I didn't say anything just leaned back in my chair looking at the screen.
