Newt X Reader

Newt's POV

"Chuck!" I shouted at Chuck. "What do ya want?" Chuck asked. "Have you seen (Y/N)?" I said. "Nope. She might be in the kitchen with Frypan" chuck answered. "Okay thanks" I ran in the kitchen but saw only Frypan cooking. Frypan saw me and asked "Oh hey newt. Looking for something?". Wait of course! (Y/N) is a runner she is running in the maze. Gosh newt. "Oh it's nothing just..looking...anyway keep working ya?" I said awkwardly at Frypan. "Sure...i guess" Frypan said. I ran out to the entrance of the maze to wait her.

Your POV

"(Y/N)! Watch out!" Minho yelled at you. You and minho are fighting a griever in daylight its bizzare. A griever at daylight?. You were running to the griever with a spear on your hand ,the griever's injecting thingy nearly stung you but you luckily dodge it. You slash your spear on the grievers eyes but it wont stop. Sure you and minho seem to be fighting with grievers all day. But this one seems a little bit...strong? You saw minho being thrown to the ground but he  still got up and fight again. You took out your katana and start stabing the grievers parts. And you keep stabing until you heard a blood curling scream beside you, and the next thing you saw was horrifying the world seem to be in slow motion.

The griever stung minho...

You came back into reality and shout "MINHO!". Now you became angry you took minho's spear and throw it on the griever's face. You keep on stabbing the griever until it drop dead. You fell onto the ground damn it minho you thought. You ran to minho and asked "minho you still alive?". "I-i ho-ope... W-we n-eed t-to .. G-go back.. I-it's n-nearly night.." Minho said. You just realized and look up the sky "Shit , lets go" you said. You pull minho's arm around your neck and your hand on minho's torso. I hope we still have time you thought.

Newt's POV

"Where are they?" Clint asked. "I dont know" i answered him. They only have 17 minutes left. "Look it's minho and (Y/N)!" Chuck Shouted. The crowd behind me scream in joy, but there is something wrong with minho. "Wait whats wrong with minho?" I shouted. (Y/N) and minho is getting closer and closer. "Clint ,Jeff get ready!" I said. Then ,both of them came in the glade. All the people crowded on minho's body. I dont know what happend so i ask (Y/N). "(Y/N)!" I shouted. I ran to her and nearly hug the life out if her. "Newt.." She said. "I thought you would'nt make it" i said sighing. "Don't worry i'm okay" she answered. "What happend?" I asked. "He got stung" she answered while sighing."In daylight?"."Yes newt in daylight." She said. "I'm just happy youre okay.." I said. "Me too".    (Y/N) said. "(Y/N) can i tell you something?" I asked her. "Sure" she said looking at me. "I-" clint shouted my name. "Newt come here!". I sigh. "I will tell you later okay?". "Okay." She smiled.

Your POV

You and newt ran in the room to see minho. Minho was tied on the bed... He look terrible he had blue -ish green veins bulging out on his face and his chest. You look at newt "why..." You said. "I know..." He answered.  "Did you inject the serum already?" Newt asked Jeff. "Yup" jeff answered.

3 hours later...

You and Newt are outside sitting on the tree branch. "(Y/N) can i continue what i say just now?" Newt asked. "Yeah sure" you smiled. "Umm i..-i kinda -wait umm-i" newt stuttering. You laugh at his cuteness . You kissed Newt's cheek "go on" you said. Newt blushed and took you hand into his and took a deep breath and said

"i love you"

You stood there shocked of what just happend. "I'm sor-" you cut newt off by kissing him and said "i love you too". "Can you be m-" you cut him off again ,giggled and said "of course" you smiled wildly.
