That one exception

part 26

"that was the loudest...silent...way of saying 'MINE' I have ever seen" Delirious chuckled as he slapped Evan around the back of the head. "you can stop thinking about that anytime now Ev'"  His voice held a slight warning as he smirked at the taller man next to him.

My attention focused on Evan and noticed his blush was getting darker but he was also smiling as if he found the whole thing highly amusing.  Was he copying mini and trying to provoke Delirious into playing later?

"So...who's in charge a the moment out of you two...I know Delirious said you were usually in charge Ev' but at the moment is like neither of you is in charge" I can't help but smile as I finish the last mouthful of food on my plate, they both looked at each other and smirk like they were sharing some kind of inside joke.

"Um.." Evan cleared his throat and focused on the last of his food making it obvious he was going to change the subject "So are you and Mini dating now?"

"or are you just fucking each other?" Delirious quickly added to the end as he gave us an evil grin.

"Well...he called off the wedding a couple of hours ago" I stated matter of factly as I got up and put my plate back on the trolley.  I heard Mini chuckle around a mouthful of food as he put his knife and fork down and passed me the plate to put up.

"are we dating Tyler?"  he asked innocently, so innocently that I felt a prickle of suspicion crawl up my spine.

"yup...why do you want to put the wedding back on?"

he chuckled and tilted his head back against the couch "play your cards right big guy" he hiccupped and smirked at me.

"you can have Mrs Fong over there as your bridesmaid"  I somehow kept myself from laughing as both Delirious and Evan started chocking on the remainders of their food.  Mini on the other hand was almost folded in half he was laughing so hard.  Delirious and Evan had both turned scarlet, partly because they were choking.

"Why am I the wife?" Delirious wheezed as he started to get his breath back.

"See even they know you're the bitch in the relationship" Evan mumbled as if he thought Delirious wouldn't hear.

"Fuck you!....your my bitch, bitch" he sounded half serious and half like he was trying not to laugh, he got to his feet and in an apparent tantrum he picked up  his own and Evan's plate and put them back on the trolley.

"Always" was Evan's confident response as he grinned at Delirious, his grin getting wider as a shy but very happy smile spread across Delirious' face.  "Come here bitch" Evan chucked as Delirious moved back to the couch and curled up with Evan for a snuggling session to let the food settle.

"you two want to be alone?" Mini asked obviously amused by how his friends were acting.  My attention shifted to Mini and I moved to sit back next to him, putting my arm around his shoulders he seemed to automatically move to lean against me so we could cuddle up while we talked with he guys.

"Oh we've got all day so unless you guys wan tot head back to your room to bump ugly's then you are welcome to stay for a while" It was Delirious that answered and Evan didn't seem to want to complain either.

"I have plans for him later but for the time being I'm happy just to chill with you guys...it's nice to just hang out and be able to touch him without getting shit for it" I yawned as I hugged Mini tighter and slouched lower on the couch.

"this is the first time we've done this...well...Cartoonz knows we're together but he's never been with us like this"

"so you guys are making an exception for us?" Mini sounded surprised

"We talked about it before inviting you guys up...but we know we don't have to hide with you two so it feels normal to be like this with you guys here" Evan smiled as he looked over at Delirious, for the first time I could see the connection the two of them had in the way they looked at each other.  If I was the romantic type I'd of said you could have seen that they were in love from their gaze, but I'm not, unless Mini happens to be involved.  This guy was changing me in ways I never considered before.  Not only had he made me want to be in a relationship with a guy, he also made me wan to be around him twenty four seven and plan things for us to do together.  I wasn't lying when I said I had plans for him later, and it didn't involve the bedroom for once, well not initially.  I was planning on taking him out for our first date.  I was going to take him for a meal in a real restaurant and just spend the whole night alone with him relaxing and enjoying each others company.

"So how did you two...get together...I mean for us it was just something that just seemed to happen...hormones and emotions took over and it just kinda took over" I felt kinda awkward asking but I was curious to how it had happened for them.

"that is a looooong story...we'll tell you another time" Evan yawned and looked up at Delirious with an unreadable expression.
