Flashback - Summer '09
+ LOUIS' POV.
I shivered as the water splashed down upon my bare body.
With one eye closed, I still managed to turn it up a smidge, as I heard myself start to hum an old favourite of mine.
That hum slowly turned into me carrying the tune with my voice.
"Well my friend it seems we've come too far to disagree.
My knees feel weak and I fell too fast.
The tide is high but we swam in too deep.
To catch your breath, you tear me apart
piece by piece.
You can take away all this mess.
And I could never think anything less of you.
The tide flows out, as I leave empty rooms.
To spur this on, we left the room too long.
You open wide and all the lies flow out,
to eat you whole.
But we both know that you're too cold.
And she said 'I can put away all those lies
and show you there's no surprise to me'.
Exorcise these demons.
But they keep talking to me.

I slowly stepped out of the shower, making sure not to slip.
Right as I wrapped the towel around my waist, and went to pick up my discarded clothes in the corner, I heard thumping coming from downstairs.
The girls.
My four sisters, to be exact.
"BREAK ME!
NUMB MEEE!
STUNNN ME!"
Well that song sounded oddly familiar.
As I stepped outside, I noticed my youngest sisters belting out the same song I sang in the shower..
Was I really that loud?
"LOUUUIS!" They both cheered, clinging to my legs.
The twins, Daisy and Phoebe.
"Hi girls." I chuckled, ruffling their hair.
Halfway down the stairs, mum started calling my name.
"Yes mum?"
"The girls keep singing some song they heard you singing." She smiled, "It's cute."
"Yeah. Much so." I nodded with a slight smile across my face.
"Remember that place you were talking about? Where you audition. The X?"
