Thank You for giving me eyes
That can see the beauty of butterflies
To enjoy Your creation
That is beyond imagination
Thank you for giving me a nose
To smell every single rose
For putting a plate of food
That smells so good
Thank you for giving me ears
To hear the children's cheers
and the sound of nature
That relieve from torture
Thank you for giving me a tongue
To sing a meaningful song
and praise Thee Lord
My shield and Sword
Thank you for giving me feet
so that i can run within a heartbeat
To reach distant lands
and bury my feet in soil and sand
Thank you for giving me a hand
To sough and reap the land
to use it to pray
and with all my heart say:
Thank You Lord for waking me
For a new day awaits me
To do what is right
and live in Your Light
