There was knocking at the door. It was Chris's Mom and her husband Chase.

"Hey Momma.!!" Chris said giving her a hug. "What up Chase?" He said bro hugging him.

"Who is this?" Chris's Mom asked referring to me

"Oh. Mom this is Alexis. Alexis this is my Mother and that's Chase."

"Hello." I said

"This is the girl that has my son head over heels for her?"

"Yes Ma'am.!!" Chris said

"Mom?" Chris said he started making signals to Chase

"Uh, Joyce, baby? Let's go start the food. Shall we?" He said as they gathered up the stuff and headed outside

"Your Mom is nice and beautiful." I said sitting down

"Wait til she comes around more." Chris said sitting down next to me. "Let me ask you something?"

I was chilling listening to Pleasure while Alexis was in the shower. Her phone started ringing, so I answered it, expecting it to be her Dad or somebody. But it wasn't.

"Hello?" I answered

"Hello? Who this?" Asked the dude

"You calling me. Who you looking for?"

"Alexis."

"Well she in the shower right now. Wait is this her dad?"

"Naw this Damon. Tell my baby girl to call me back when she get out the shower. We gotta finish talking."

"Baby girl? Why you calling my girl phone?"

"Yo girl? Nigga what you talking about? Me and Alexis still together."

"That's not what she say."

"I'm talking to her every night before she go to sleep."

It popped in my head that she do be on the phone every night before she go to bed. I hung up the phone and tossed it. I called up Michael.

"Nigga why is Alexis playing me?"

"Playing you? What happen?"

"She still talking to that Damon nigga."

"Damon, why would she be talking to Damon? She don't want nothing to do with that nigga."
