chapter six

five days before prom

"hey, louis." harry stood beside his locker. his hair was swept up with gel and his glasses were way too big for his eyes. his clothes is just like any other typical nerd— his white shirt tucked under his brown saggy jeans.

louis rolled his eyes, and chose to ignore him.

harry huffed and readjusted his bad on his shoulder,"could you just tell me why you're not agreeing to go to prom with me?"

louis slammed his locker shut. "because harry, you're a nerd and i'm just embarrassed to be seen with you."

a hurt look flashed on harry's face. "i promise i'll look different."

louis shook his head and left for his class.

harry let his head down while he walked to class. he doesn't really care when people call him a nerd and bully him with words, but when someone you adore does it, you can't help but care.

louis may have broken his heart, but he's still not giving up.
