"Sleeping?" I asked walking towards the living

"She fell asleep on me."

"She fell asleep on you?"

"Yeah."

"Wanna help me?" I whispered

"With what?"

"Wake her up."

"Yeah."

"Okay, I'm gonna tickle her."

"Okay."

I climbed on the couch hovering over her. She looked so beautiful sleeping. She started shifting a little and mumbling stuff. I was about to start tickling her when she started punching me in my chest.

"Stay away.!! Keep your hands off me.!! Why won't you leave me alone?" She screamed

"Alexis? Wake up." I said stopping her from hitting me

"What happened?" She asked

"You were having a nightmare I suppose."

"Oh. Not again." She said putting her head into her hand

"What up?" I asked getting comfortable on the couch

"That's the second one today."

"What was it about?"

she mumbled something.

"Huh?"

"It was about Damon." She said

"What was he tryna do?"

"Who's Damon?" Asked Kenya

"Kenya can you do me a favor?" I.asked her

"Yes Chris?"

"Can me and Alexis talk real quick by ourselfs?"

"Okay. Don't try to kiss her either Chris." She said before running off

I laughed at her comment inside but turned my attention back to Alexis.

"What happen?"

"He tried to kill me in my dream both times."

"He ain't gonna touch you again. Not while I'm around." I said putting my arm around her

We were interuppted by her phone ringing. It was a number that wasn't saved that was calling.

"I don't normally answer unknown numbers but this got a NY area code and looks familar." She said

"Answer it then. I'ma go find something to eat." I said getting up

Alexis

I recognized the number but I didn't know from where.

"Answer it then. I'ma go find something to eat." Chris said getting up and going to the kitchen

"Hello?" I answered

"Hey baby. You miss me?" Came through the phone. I froze hearing his voice

"How did you get my number?" I asked

"Come on now. Who am I? Enough of that. Where you at? I'm ready to see you." He said

"Damon were done. I told you that when I lost the baby." I said

"We ain't done. We ain't done til I say we done. Now where the fuck you at? You making me impatience."

"I'm nowhere near you." I said

"A nigga been out for two days and I.can't even see you. You ain't visit a nigga either."

"Cause I'm through with you. Don't call me anymore. I'm done with you all connections gone." I said hanging up

"Who was that?" Chris asked walking back into the living room with a sandwich and a can of soda

"You just help youreself to anything huh?"

"I told you I was gonna get something. I didn't get to eat lunch today."

"Why not?"

"Today's Saturday." He said

"Oh. New Release of the 13's huh?"

"Yeah. That's why I didn't call you. My bad."

"Yeah. You better have explained."

"Or what?"

"What you mean or what? I should've beat ya ass." I said laughing

"Naw. You wouldn't do that."

"You don't know what I can do."

"You right, but you see this face right here and this smile can make you change your mind."

"How so?"

"Come spend the night with me again."

"Chris, I was at your house for 3 days. Don't you have things to do?"

"Not really. I probably be hella bored sitting at the house."

"What about your Playstation?"

"I only like playing it with you around."

"I see you only like when I'm around." She said

"Yeah. I do."

"Well I miss my home and my bed, so maybe next time. Looks like you can't make me change my mind after all."

"I know I can." He said

"You almost did. I just miss my bed. I feel like I was over at your house forever."

"It's cool. I'd probably go crazy in your house too."

"You can spend the night with me though."

"Sure. I can snuggle up against you and watch you sleep."

"Hell naw nigga.!!" I said laughing

"You just bought ya self the floor."

"Again?"

"I'm kidding." I said

We kicked it for the rest of the day and chilled. Had a relaxed day and Chris and I took Kenya to Chuck E Cheese, we made sure she had fun. She sure as hell crashed when we got home.

Crazy that Damon called right? I wonder why Alexis ain't tell Chris about it. What she bout to get into? Drama Drama Drama.... Its written all over the place. Hope this borimg chapter doesn't make you lose interest in the book.
