"Can I make an appointment at 3 tomorrow with doctor Lake?" I hear typing from the other line. "Yes. " "Thank you." I hang up.
This will be the 5th person I've talked to in my life time. They all say it's just a dream. But I KNOW it's somthing more.
I call the only person who knows about this besides my parents and the many many doctors.
"Leanne?"
"Yes?" She responds. She sounds like she's been crying.
"How's you're mother?"
"She's great!" She says. But I can hear her sniff. Her mother has been sick for about a year now. It was a disease she has lived with for a long time, but it just started to become very bad recently. The doctors say she shouldn't even be here any more.
"That's good. "
"Yeah. So how are you doing Emily?"
"I'm doing great!"
"How's your dream thing?" I still don't think she believes me about it.
"Well I have an appointment tomorrow and I was wondering if you could go with me."
"Sure! Natalie is coming over tomorrow to watch mom and I can go with you!" Natalie is Leanne obnoxious aunt. She as old as her mom but much healthier.
"Awesome!"
"Oh Emily I have to go bye."
I say bye but she's already hung up.
