Here is a short and sweet chapter, I hope you all like it! I'm still stuck down here in shipping hell, but, oh well. HERE YA GO!!!
A few months back I made a science project. I called it the 'gem de-stabilizer'. It had a glowing orb in the middle, and two pointed sides of pure gold on the outside. It was almost like a taser, but instead it could poof any gem, including fusions. The problem is, I was about to 'test' it out on Jasper.
Only for Lapis.
I pulled it out of my gem as they both gasped.
Jasper: I CAN STILL BEAT YOU!
Peridot: auGh! SHUT UP!
I swung it at her, but I missed, and she punched my deep in the chest.
Peridot: ah...!
Lapis Lazuli: Peridot!
Jasper giggled at my pain.
But I had the last laugh.
As she jumped at me again, I stabbed her right in her stomach.
Jasper fell back.
Jasper: You'll pay for th-!
She poofed.
Lapis ran to me, and grabbed my shoulders.
Lapis Lazuli: are you okay?! Your chest is bruised really bad..!
I didn't say anything. I just grabbed her and hugged.
Lapis Lazuli: P-Peridot..?
I grabbed on tighter.
Peridot: it's okay, Lapis.
It's okay.
