I'm the girl who stutters when called on by a teacher
I'm the girl who writes fanfiction in math class and doesn't hide it
I'm the girl who almost always has her hair in a ponytail, but when I don't, you notice
I'm the girl who doesn't talk much, but secretly smiles when you say something funny
I'm that girl who no one really knows her name, but when I speak in class, you listen to what I have to say
I'm the girl who one day will be confident enough for you to know my name and have a crush on me and want to hear what I have to say
But right now I'm just dreaming of being that girl.
