She was hoping to rid herself of the thoughts, but they wouldn't leave. They clouded her mind like fog, not clearing up for even a second. (Y/n) felt her eyes begin to sting as the warm tears brimmed her eyes. She took out her ear buds to see if the sound of fighting could still be heard. At first, she was relieved to only hear the sound of the autumn leaves blowing in the wind outside, but the nice noise was soon covered up with more yelling.

(Y/n) could feel the tears sliding down her cheeks and squeezed her eyes shut. She rested her elbows on her thighs and dropped her head in her hands. As she cried, (y/n) thought she heard something outside her window.  Quickly wiping her eyes, she got up to check out her window, but nothing was there. Shrugging it off she went and sat on her bed again. Once sitting she glanced at her window to see a person sitting on the sill. (Y/n) let out a small squeak, covering her mouth directly after to prevent from screaming.

The figure wore a dark hooded cape and had every piece of skin covered except for the bottom half of this face. The figure wore light purple clothing with a large green M on the chest, brown boats, dark green gloves, underwear on the outside of the pants, and a green question mark attached to the hood. Instantly, (y/n) recognized the figure.

"Mysterion? What are you doing here?" She hesitantly said. He jumped off the windowsill and walked towards the girl who stared up at him with big, tear-filled eyes.

"I'm here to help." He said in his deep, gravely voice. "I knew you were upset." (Y/n) only looked at him with a confused expression. "I always know when a citizen is in danger." He said, knowing the question she had. She tried to speak as he sat next to her, not being able to find the words. He took hold of her hands and stared into her shinning (e/c) eyes as she stared back into his crystal blue ones. Tears were still brimming her eyes, cheeks slowly becoming tear stained.

"I need you to listen to me." Mysterion said. (Y/n) nodded slowly and held his hands tightly.

"I will fix this." He slowly said, not taking his eyes from her. "I need you to do something for me though." He added. She nodded again. "I want you to stay strong. I know it may seem difficult. I know you want to just give up, but for me, stay strong." (Y/n) could hear the emotion in his voice as it cracked slightly. "Can you do that for me?"

"Why do you care so much?" She questioned. He closed his eyes before speaking his next words.

"Will you stay strong, for me?" He said more slowly, opening his eyes after.

"I will." She answered.

"Thank you." He said as the edges of his mouth formed a small smile. He wiped her cheeks and added, "Please, don't cry either." He kissed her forehead lightly before standing. "I must leave. Please remember what I said."

"Wait-" (Y/n) started, but he was already gone from the window. She ran to the window to see if he was there, but found no trace of the mysterious man. She also realized her parents had stopped yelling which made her smile. She walked over to her bed and sat down, thinking over the experience. She picked up her phone slowly from the bed.

"Hey Kenny. Something crazy just happened."

(A/n: sorry it's so short. Also I'm sorry for grammatical errors. I'm too tired to fix it. Hope you all enjoy)
