I confessed to Ranmaru yesterday and you know what he said?

'Let me think about it'

I haven't seen him anywhere but its not like I'm waiting for him. He usually listens to his music while sitting on the benches so I can....wait skip that....

He would sit there and listen to music. I would feel so flustered and my blood would get super warm just by looking at him. When he meets my eyes, I feel like I will faint. You should've seen me confessing....I was a blushing mess and a nervous wreck..

I felt like a fool to be perfectly honest.

"KouhaiChan!!!~"

I almost forgot that me and Reiji are gonna be in a show today that involves magic and dancing.

"ReiKotoChan!~"

It's a wired nickname I gave him when I first met him personally when I first arrived here....

"I heard you confessed......(your name)~"

Here comes the teasing.

"Yeah I did....."

He purposely bumps into my shoulder with his and gives me a smirk that just makes me laugh.

"Can you stop wiggling you're eyebrows and let's go KotoChan!"

I ran up ahead.

"I thought I said you were gonna drop the whole KotoChan thing! (Your name)!!!"

When we were teasing each other. He gave me a nickname that was so weird and the whole school called me that but that's until I started the whole 'KotoChan' girly name for him.

"Hey! (Your name)!!!"

I got closer to around the corner of the hallway, I bumped into something that made me fall on my bottom. It really hurt too....

"Ow....ow.....my bottom.....this feels worse than a----"

When I looked up, it was Ranmaru. I quickly stood up and my whole body started to get warm. Turning into a nervous wreck....

"Aren't you leaving soon?"

"Y-yeah...."

I looked at Ranmaru but when I did he scratched the back of his neck nervously. He removed his headphones....

"About the thing you told me..."

Is he really gonna give me an answer? Why I'm I scared right now?....

"I don't think I should be with anyone right now"

Eh?

I saw him walk by me. My whole world just stopped and my heart just sank....like a ship sinking into the deep blue sea and into the darkness of the ocean....

Somehow my body moved on its own and I grabbed his hand....

"I-is there a reason?"

"Ah....just I don't think I'm not good enough for you..."

He was about nudge my hand away but I ran in front of him causing him to stop.

I don't know what I was doing but....I truly loved Ranmaru....and I didn't want to lose him.....

"What makes you think.....that you aren't good enough?"

He sighs as he removed his headphones again and he grabs my hand causing my heart to nearly explode.
