Each client is special, and so the Blacksmith must learn to listen, observe, as well as understand, what his clients wants. This is his secret on how he is able to imbue his very client's personality into a Tool.
Like him, never forget that each Individual is special and unique. Learn from them because they are the best teachers you can meet in your lifetime.
Always remember that to make them feel special and unique is the best Tool you can ever give them.
