Chapter 8: Percy pov

"Yes Arty I'm alive and well." I say as she marches up to me her face filled with rage. Then she slaps me. I was waiting for another but it never came instead I felt her kissing me and I didn't hesitate to kiss back.

I see a flash and we are on Olympus with all the gods staring at us. She stops and goes to her throne. "Perseus Jackson why where you kissing Artemis?" Zeus asks clearly pissed. "You are her guardian not lover. She is a maiden goddess and cannot fall in love." All the gods and goddess are staring in awe that I'm not dead. "Y-y-you are supposed to be dead." Athena stutters out.

"Not supposed to be dead just though to be dead." I say cockily. "I have kill Kronos and Gaia and you think a few years on my own would kill me? I have stayed behind and watched the hunt for years."
