To please him, I have to be like her,
But, he looks at me to break and shatter.
Why do this guy treat me this way?
I only known him for just a day.
If I started to drown,
He would look at me and never turn around.
I want him to take me and hold me from the water,
Then, he had to choose between me and her.
If he choose her,
My life won't get better.
I'll just move aside,
If he pick her and leave me behind.
I have to find a man,
And one that understand.
They have to see,
If there is any room left for me.
We could've watch the sunset,
I won't let go, not just yet.
Before I go, he could've said he love me,
I feel cold and I can't breathe.
Coral reefs have already taken my body,
And all that's left is for me to be.
He don't need to look ahead,
Because he left me for dead.
Maybe he will find me inside of her,
Don't hurt another girl to break and shatter.

Memory Poems
PoetryThese were poems that I wrote from sixth grade through eight grade. I never shared them expect with a few friends. Poems that are happy, sad, mad, and random. Some were personal while others were just for fun.
