Me and my mother walked to the castle and the lingering silence was unbearable. It was making me very uncomfortable so to brake the silence i said, "Did you know him, mother?"
My mother looked at me for a moment and said," He will be attending the ball for the picking of your husband.
My eyes grow wide: "WHAT!?"
My mother shushed me and said, "Child, keep your voice down. Princesses and queens do not shout unless the absolutely need to."
"But moth-" I started to protest.
"No,buts this is my idea and it is final. You shall find a man to marry so that you can take over the crown when i am gone"
"But mom, what about my curse?" Is what i wanted to say but i guess she didn't want to discuss it because she believes their is an antidote for my curse. I'm not sure if it's possible but i guess it can be.
I also wondered if she even asked father about this... if she didn't then he will truly be mad! Then i stated to think, "But wait! Do i get any say in this?!" Is my life really this difficult? Ugh.
I am so sorry guys that this is taking longer then usual , I just have been truly busy with school but i appreciate your support and reading my books:)
