You were heading to go to Tenro island for the S-class trial. You were able to get out of the boat before Freed put up the enchantment. You picked one of the safe routs. Then when you were looking around for Mavis's grave you saw a black haired boy crying?
"Are you ok?" You ask the boy.
"The world continues to reject me," The boy said. You didn't know what he meant by that. But, you played along so you wouldn't hurt his feelings making him cry more.
"....... I'm sorry to hear that," You said after hesitating a bit.
"You think i'm crazy right?" The boy asked.
"N-no," You said but you lied.
"I'm Zeref," He said you herd that name before but you didn't remember.
"I'm Y/n," You replied.
"Your not scared of me?" Zeref asked.
"No why would I be scared of you?" You asked him confused.
"I'm the black wizard Zeref," He told you. 'That explains why I herd that name before.' You thought.
