Wrong Thoughts

"What is Liv doing here?" Maureen asked Elliot

"Well we just got off of work so uh, yeah."

Maureen nodded

El saw Kathy standing in the kitchen just watching all this play out "Well, we're gonna go Kath. Kids, go tell your mom bye."

Kathy came out in the living room a little bit hugging & kissing all of her children "I'll see you guys soon."

"Okay mom" They all said

El opened the door.

Liv was the first to get out. Being out of that house, made her realize it was like she was trapped & being held hostage in something she couldn't handle

The kids came out after Liv

Elliot was smart to drive his SUV to work. Knowing what 5 kids, & a love of his life would call for. He hooked Eli's car seat up on the middle row. So he would be an easy access for him to reach.

The kids loaded up in the middle, & the back.

Liv got in the front. She looked over at Elliot and saw total distress in his body, eyes, & everything else.

She was in total confusion. Everything he wanted was right here. She was going to set all her disappointments aside, so she could worry about what's wrong with him.

El started driving. His kids talking amongst themselves & Maureen just looking at the state of New York.

"El?" Liv said softly & quietly

Elliot looked over at her

"What's wrong?" She asked

Elliot shook his head nothing

"Elliot, something is wrong. What is it?" She asked very worried

"Nothing." Elliot said again

Liv left it alone. She didn't ask him again. But this wasn't over.

He knew that.

The rest of the drive was quiet between those two

The kids were asking Liv & El questions casually. They'd all missed each other.

20 Minutes Later

They'd reached Elliot's new apartment

"Ell." Liv said smiling admiring everything "It looks so good in here." You could see her eyes glowing at everything

"Thank you. I know your inner girl taste even though you don't wanna admit it. I tried to incorporate it." "Cause you know you're not 'Badass Benson' all the time." El smirked. He knew he was playing with fire.

Liv glared back at him "I am too." She finally said

The kids & El laughed

"Dad you really do have a nice place. I could live here." Maureen said

El widened his eyes and made a girly voice "Oh you would!?" El said girly & sarcastically

Maureen gave him that teenage whatever look

They all cracked up

Elliot was happy to have his kids

Liv sat on Elliot's island in his kitchen
"Elliot I'm hungry. You know a girl's gotta eat."

"You got that right sista!" Lizzie said her & Olivia high-fiving

Elliot smiled hard to himself & shook his head thinking 'What am I going to do with these girls'
"I'm so thankful for you Dickie and Eli, you just don't know!" Elliot said running up to them squeezing them
