"BREE ELIZABETH EDWARDS!" Michael yelled at me from across the hallway later that day.

"What?" I groaned.

He walked over to me, "I am coming over to your house after school and you are going to like it." He pointed a finger at my face.

"Okay," I agreed.

"What? No objection?"

"Marissa has ballet, Lainey and Delilah have gymnastics, and Eli is having friends over later tonight, but I don't have anything, and I don't think mum or dad would mind, so.. No." I was one of six kids. Isaac was 17, I was 16, Marissa was 15, Lainey and Delilah were twins and 12, and Eli was 10.

"Oh. Well, good. Isaac doesn't have anything?"

"When does he?" I joked, "Just kidding."

He laughed, "I'll see you in period eight then.." He left for his period seven class.

Michael showed up at my house in his car after school. He came into the house and we sat on the couch. We began to watch tv, but that didn't last long. He had pushed me over onto the couch so I was lying down.

He pushed his lips onto mine. He started making out with me. This was a normal for us. His hands explored my body. Isaac approached us and began to watch us. We were only friends, as far as he knew, and he thought this was odd.

"Are you sure you two aren't more than friends?" He asked, staring.

"Fuck off," I told him. He just walked away, shaking his head.

What Isaac didn't know is that we were friends with benefits. I didn't tell him, though, because he'd tell mum and dad about it, and I just knew they'd ground me if they found out.

Marissa came over to me. We quickly got off of each other, and I looked at her, "Hey Riss, what do you want?"

"You guys really need to stop doing that.." She always seemed to come over when we were making out.

"Sorry. What do you want, though?" I asked again.

"I need you to drive me to ballet. Mum and dad aren't home yet, and Isaac won't do it."

"I'll take you," I told her.

"Thanks," she then muttered, "I can't wait to get my license.." while walking away.

Michael and I continued to watch tv until she came out in her leotard and leggings. She had her ballet shoes in her hand and was walking towards the door. I followed, saying goodbye to Michael. He was going to leave too.

I quickly took Marissa to ballet and got home because I knew Lainey and Delilah would ask for me to take them to gymnastics. As if on cue, they did, and I took them.

After that, only Isaac, Eli, and I were home. Eli was soon having friends over. Just great. A house filled with ten year olds is just what I needed.

I ended up calling Michael several times that night to distract myself from the eight boys (one of them being Isaac, another Eli) running around downstairs. I knew Mum should've been coming home soon, and she'd bring pizza. I told Michael he could come back over if he wanted pizza, because my mum always buys heaps of it when we have guests, especially six more hungry boys.

Right before mum arrived home, I had to go get Marissa, then I just waited around until I had to get Lainey and Delilah at the YMCA a few blocks down.

As I came home, I realized Michael's car in the driveway, thankfully. There were twelve people in the house other than me, and I needed someone to distract myself from them.

I walked into the house, and he greeted me. He began to walk into the kitchen. I seized his arm, and he turned towards me.

"What? I want pizza..." he told me.

"Afterwards.." I promised, making our way upstairs to my bedroom.
