The breezed seemed to pick up once I got close to the towering building.

I huffed, stopping to look up. Its structure reached up to the blue sky, the sunlight reflecting off the glass window, glinting a sharp gleam that stung my eyes.

I squinted, putting my hands above my eyes as I got into the entrance's shade.

I exhaled, smiling slightly to myself. Today, I just got an internship for this publishing company. Being a Major in Journalism, this was my only experience before I graduate college.

I entered the building, security guards greeting me as I passed by.

Ding!

The door of the elevator slid open. I stepped in and it closed after a few seconds.

This is it, my internship is close at hand

Arriving, I smoothed down my pencil skirt, feeling slightly nervous in this unfamiliar place.

I heard faint, tiny steps to my right so I turned my head to the person.

"Ahah, A-are you an intern as well?" a girl asked

The girl was about my height, she had brunette hair tied into a ponytail, strands framing her face. She has light brown eyes that held mixed emotions.

"Oh, yeah. I am. You too?" I replied

"Y-yep" she popped the p although she was trembling bad like somethings about to go down.

"You're nervous aren't you?"
"Oh no, I am happy, I'm so happy I could bolt through the glass window and jump off the building" she used sarcasm.

"Eh" I only blinked. I was about to say something but she interrupted.

"Okay, I'm so sorry I was just kidding. I'm really really nervous for this thing!" she looked like she's about to cling on my arm like I'm going to save her from all of this.

"Aha" I chuckled. Now that she mentioned it, I felt the nervousness in the pit of my stomach now.

Are the employees here nice? Are the other interns nice? Is this girl going to eat me alive? she looks so hungry and scared.

Brunette was now puffing breaths onto her palms cupped over her mouth, like she's cold or something.

"Hey, you don't have to be that nervous" I said to Brunette as she fidgeted on her spot like a restless kid.

"I'm so sorry" Brunette apologized, still restless. She started standing up and down on her toes like a spring "This just so new to me. Plus I didn't ate any breakfast and I'm so hungry"

I knew it.

"Oh I see" I dug around my shoulder bag, looking for the granola bar I left as a snack. Brunette looks nice, maybe I should give her the bar to pass-by her hunger.

But if I was hungry as her, I would never give this granola bar.

I found the wrapped bar and reached it out to her.

"Here, to tame your hunger for a while" I showed a faint smile.

Brunette turned to me, her eyes wide as saucers, and I swore I saw sparkles around her shocked and happy face.

"I-I can have it?" her trembling, hesitating hands were slowly reaching for the granola bar I held.

"Yeah you can" I urged
"Really?"
"Really"
"Really Really Really?"
"Yeah, you can. Now take it before I-"
