Meet: Amber Evangeline Burns

My main character! Yep. Not my favorite character I've created though. Oh, well, maybe you'll find her enjoyable, lmao.

Raised in the tiny but lively village of Thornwyn, Amber has lived a simple life working at her mother's inn since the age of eight. She started off serving food and drink, but in time, she learned how to actually make delicious meals for weary travelers, which helped business boom. All Amber wants is a simple life in her home, working at the inn for the rest of her days (but she won't get it HAHA LOSER LMAO 😂).

Soooo that was a little introduction I wrote during English class. I was locked in on the character but not the worksheet I was assigned. Yeah, I was lowk being a loser, my fault. 😭

Anyways, here's some more fun info!

Age: 13-18 (this is her age THROUGHOUT the series--so, as you can tell, there's going to be like six books).

Favorite Color: Red and green (she starts liking green when she becomes friends with a certain someone, whose eye color is green...but I won't tell you who it is yet HAHA ok sorry).

Appearance: Olive skin, straight orange hair (like, really orange. Bright orange. Blinding orange), dark brown eyes, 5'7 (she's like 5'3 in the first book but she gets a growth spurt ok? ok), pretty skinny.

Loves: Nature, sunsets, caramel...for some reason. (CARAMEL IS GOOD, OKAY??? OK.)

Hates: Rude people, cats (she got several (healed) scratches from strays), and SOME of the villagers in her town. Mostly the other kids. She despises them with her soul.

Personality: Pretty curious about things (sometimes even outright nosy), but she has a kind heart. Likes researching random topics from time to time. She may be a nice person, but if you insult her or treat her like crap, she WILL retaliate, often without mercy (meaning she will roast you so bad your reputation gets absolutely FLAMED bro).

Note: Over time, because she experienced a lot of...trauma, we'll say, she becomes distant and socially awkward, sometimes even as rude as she once swore to never be. Yeah.

Father: William Richard Burns (Missing, of course. Hasn't been seen since before Amber's birth brah)

Birthday: June 2nd (fun fact: same as mine!)

Oh yeah btw forgot to mention...Amber never expects to be a mage herself. Village people are usually non-magical, so...all she knows about magic is from stories she's read at the town library. Yeah. What an outcast, am I right folks? Look at loser girl over here. Haha. Okay.
