Rebels p.o.v
The next morning I wake up to hear the whispers of my friends. I want to know what they are saying, so I kept my eyes closed but my mind open.
"We should act normal, like nothing happened." I hear harmony whisper.
" no because yesterday, she said she didn't want lies or pity and pretending is like both of those. " Lynx says louder than a whisper.
" okay, how about we tell her the truth." Phoenix suggests.
" I think that's the best idea." Joes voice says.
"Me too." Andy agrees.
" so it's decided when she wakes up,the truth is said." Lynx says.
As the finish I feel movement on the sofa, and I know it's not because someone is sitting on it. I then remember that Pete and Patrick both fell asleep on it too, they must be waking up because of all the noise.
" what's going on?" Patrick mumbles
"We were just discussing rebel. Speaking of rebel, why are you all asleep in the couch. " Joe asks.
"Well, we were crying and she came in and stopped us. She is very wise. " Pete tells them.
I can almost hear the nods that came after that. I was going to stay 'asleep' but I wanted to know the truth. So I open my eyes and I see everyone looking at me.
" morning. " I say, whilst nodding to them all.
"Morning. Rebel, we all just wanted to tell you that we still love you the same." Andy starts
"We all will treat you the same." Phoenix continues
"And it will never change." Everyone finishes at the same time.
" why thank you, I was worried but I'm not anymore. Now I have no time to chat, I have to get ready for an appointment which was made late last night. " I tell them all as I get up and get ready for my doctors appointment. As I leave the room, I hear muffled chatter but I don't understand a word of what is said.
