Seoah Jang:

Seoah Jeong.

The youngest member of MATCICE.

Born in 2007, Seoah was the maknae of the group, and being the youngest didn't stop her from becoming one of the members fans noticed immediately.

At just 16 years old, Seoah became a member of MATICE

For Seoah, we can give her strengths and weaknesses that feel like a real idol character, without making her body part of her weaknesses.

Seoah's strengths

Stage presence: She naturally draws attention when she's performing, which fits her being MATCICE's visual.

Facial expressions: She's especially good at matching her expressions to the mood of a song.

Quick learner: She picks up choreography and formations quickly.

Determined: When something goes wrong, she tends to keep practicing rather than giving up.

Fan connection: She is good at making fans feel noticed during performances and fan events.

Adaptable: She can pull off both cute concepts and more hip hop type concepts

Seoah's weaknesses

Overthinks criticism: Negative comments can stay in her head longer than she'd like.

Gets nervous before important performances: Even though she looks confident on stage, she can be anxious beforehand.

Perfectionist: If she makes a mistake during practice, she'll sometimes repeat it over and over instead of taking a break.

Has trouble asking for help: She doesn't want the other members to worry about her.

Can be stubborn: Once she decides she can handle something herself, convincing her otherwise is difficult.
Still developing confidence: Being the youngest means she sometimes compares herself to the older members.

Can get emotional when frustrated: Especially when she's worked hard but doesn't feel like she's improving.

I think Seoah should be especially close to Eunso, the group's main dancer. Their personalities complement each other really well.

Seoah & Eunso - closest friendship

They have a very best-friends/sister-like relationship.

Eunso is one of the people Seoah trusts most.

They practice together a lot, especially choreography.

Eunso is usually the first member Seoah goes to when she's nervous.

Seoah loves teasing Eunso about her long hair.

Eunso acts like the responsible one, but Seoah can easily get her laughing.

They have tons of little inside jokes that the other members don't understand.

They can sit together quietly without it feeling awkward.

Seoah & Hayoon

Seoah is also very close with Hayoon, but in a different way.

Hayoon has more of an older-sister relationship with her. She's someone Seoah goes to when she wants advice or reassurance.
