Kiara was halfway through watching a movie on her laptop when someone knocked on the hostel room door.

She paused the movie.

"Coming."

The door opened, and a girl stood there with a suitcase, two bags, and a tired smile.

"Hi... Room 310?"

Kiara nodded. "Yeah. You must be Misha."

"Finally," Misha sighed. "I was beginning to think I knocked the wrong door."

Kiara laughed and got up to help her with the suitcase.

"I'm Kiara."

"Misha."

"I know. The warden told me."

Misha smiled.

She stepped inside and looked around the small room.

"So this is going to be my home now?"

"Unfortunately," Kiara said dramatically.

Misha laughed. "That bad?"

"Depends. Are you a snorer?"

"No."

"Do you steal food?"

"Maybe."

Kiara pointed at her. "Then we're going to have problems."

Misha smiled and began unpacking.

Kiara tried to return her attention to the laptop.
But she kept glancing over.

Misha was cute.

Not conventionally tiny or delicate-she had a soft, medium-chubby figure, a naturally full chest, rounded hips, and an easy, comfortable presence. Her long hair fell messily over her shoulders as she unpacked her clothes.

Kiara swallowed and looked away.

Seriously? On the first day?

She had always kept her attraction to women private. Nobody in the hostel knew.

And now the universe had apparently decided to put a beautiful girl in the bed directly opposite hers.

"Kiara?" She looked up.

"Hmm?"

"Which cupboard can I use?"

"The one near the window."

"Thanks."

Misha smiled and went back to unpacking.

Kiara smiled to herself.

Maybe having a new roommate wouldn't be so bad after all.
