I slipped on my white and black dress and silver shoes that Melanie picked out for me and did light make up

I looked in the mirror and smiled at the reflection, I looked good.

I walked down the stairs and smiled at Ashton who was sitting on the couch not paying any attention

He was so adorable, I wonder why were going out tonight?

I'm sure I'll find out...

I tiptoed up behind him making sure to be quiet, my heals not making a sound on the carpet, then grabbing his shoulders and screaming boo causing him to jump a mile out of his skin and scream like a girl

He turned around and playfuly glared at me "you think that's funny?" He said as I died of laughter and nodded "oh I'll show you funny" he said as he lunged at me and picked me up spinning me around as I giggled

He laid me down on the couch and stratled me tickling my waist and underarms until I couldn't breath.

I want to do this forever.

I want to mess around and have fun with him for the rest of my life.

Once the driver texted Ash that he was outside, we got up and left holding hands of course... I just couldn't get enough of this boy.

Its crazy to think how far we've become... I honestly never saw myself here of all places a year ago.

We pulled up to The Veiw and Ashton opened my door for me and helped me out of the car, my floor length cream colored lace gown trailing behind me as we walked into the restaurant hand in hand

We walked to the guy holding two menus

"Reservation for Baltimore" Ash said and the guy automatically nodded

"Right this way sir" he said gesturing towards the inside of the restaurant

We followed as he led us to a beautiful table in the center of the room, there were people all around us making small conversations and the sound of there light chatter calmed me down because for some reason my heart was pounding out of my fucking chest.

It was beautifully set up everything was outside over the water with a roof over top but open walls.

There were vines wrapped around everything and it was lite with candles and fairy lights so the dim lighting made everyone seem to be glowing and the stars and moon shone in the background... it was all just perfect.

I looked at Ashton as he looked at the menu and admired his features. His sharp jawline, his sparkling blue eyes searching over the meals on the menu, and his smooth skin framing every inch of him

He was just breathtaking.

He looked up and saw me staring and smiled at me a look flashing through his eyes that I couldn't quite recognize...

"Like what you see?" He asked winking playfully

I smirked "yeah, I've always loved dogs"

He just shook his head laughing and smiled at me

I picked up the menu and looked through the items and decided to get the chicken parmesan and he went with some kinda stake and potaoes

I smiled up at him and the waiter brought around a bottle of fancy expensive looking wine and poured some into Ashton's glass and he stired it around then smelled it then took a sip

He looked so funny.. I've only ever seen that done in the movies.

He rolled his eyes at me and nodded at the waiter who poured some in both of our glasses

We thanked him and he walked away

"So why did we come here tonight?" I asked

Ashton looked startled at the question and he figited in his seat before looking down

"I don't know, I guess I just wanted to show you off.. I know we've been out together but not together together, and now we are and I want everyone to know your mine, and I'm just lucky enough to have enough money to spoil you. Anna I... I love you"

I blushed and reached over and grabbed his hand "I love you too..Thats... This is...You are amazing" I said almost speechless

Once the food came, we ate as we made small talk, talking about anything from our childhood bestfriends to our favorite colors and then when we finished the waiter came back around and asked if we wanted desert and we said we were good, the waiter went to go get our check and when the waiter walked away Ashton looked at me

"Anna" he started speaking rather loud

I looked around nervous as to why he was suddenly speaking louder

"Your beautiful, amazing, and one of the strongest woman I know, ever since the day we met I knew we were meant to be together. We fit together like peas in a pod and I can't image where I'd be without you. You complete me, and make me my better self. I know we just met a few months ago, but I want to spend the rest of my life with you" by now he was kneeling in front of me with a velvet box pulled out " Will you make me the happiest man alive and marry me?" He said as he opened the box

I gasped at the ring that was inside it, but I was already crying at how beautiful his speech was and the fact that he was proposing

The ring was huge, it was shaped like a rose and there was a second band as well. It was perfect.

I nodded as fast as I could and stood up to hug and kiss him as I said yes

There were awe's all over the room and photos being taken all over the place

The waiter brought back the check and we paid for it then walked back to the limo hand in hand, mine sporting my new ring and I was over joyed

I Annalise Jones.. Was engaged to Ashton Baltimore.

Im gonna be Annalise Baltimore.

And I couldn't be happier.
