There was a pregnant woman named Chloe, who lived alone with her young daughter. Every night, Chloe made a habit of telling stories to her daughter until she fell into a deep sleep. But as soon as the little girl drifted off, strange things would begin to happen in the house, as though a hidden intruder were walking around causing them.
One night, after Chloe finished telling a story to help her daughter sleep, she began hearing odd noises approaching the bedroom. Feeling anxious, she got up to check the house, but found nothing. She walked back to the room and lay down beside her daughter so they could sleep together.
When morning came, Chloe and her daughter woke up and had breakfast like any normal family. Afterward, they headed out to the playground to enjoy some good quality time together.
As Chloe sat watching her daughter play with joy, the memory of those terrifying nightly events suddenly crept back into her mind. A heavy feeling washed over her-that recurring mystery was the only thing preventing her happiness from being complete.
By early evening, they returned home. Chloe decided to call her close friend, Gina, whom she had known for a very long time. She invited her over for a small, casual gathering with just Chloe, her daughter, and Gina.
When Gina arrived, she seemed visibly upset and suffocated, as if something heavy was weighing on her chest. Concerned, Chloe asked:
"What's wrong, Gina? Is everything okay? Tell me, maybe I can help."
Gina took a breath and shared her painful secret:
"I used to have a pregnant sister who died... but nobody knows how she died, and no one ever found her body."
Trying to soothe her, Chloe said:
"Please, try to put this behind you. It's all in the past now."
Chloe then went on to tell Gina about the strange occurrences happening in her house every night. However, Gina brushed it off as nothing more than mere coincidence.
Later, as Gina was getting ready to leave, her phone rang from an unknown number. She answered, and a harsh, deep male voice spoke from the other end:
"If you want to know how your sister really died... come meet me the day after tomorrow at the address I'm sending you."
