Since this story is seriously so lost in translation and in my rushed amateur writing skills, I'd like to break it down for everyone. So let's begin.
Characters
Olivia Hart - The main character, the narrator. She is a 17 year old high school student about to graduate.
Parker Halls - Olivia's friend who she subconsciously has a thing for
Setting
Given that there is Tagalog being spoken, the setting here is actually suburban America. The stereotypical type of setting you find in all those boy next door or bad boy meets good girl kind of thing.
Plot (the most important freaking part)
The story starts off with Olivia freaking out over being late and not being able to make it to graduation. Parker is introduced as her friend when she gets a text message telling her to hurry up. In the rush of her trying to get everything ready, she trips and tries to steady herself on a mirror, and instead of getting her balance back, her arm gets trapped in Mercury-like liquid where the glass of the mirror is supposed to be. Then she trips balls, and ends up dreaming the whole thing. In her tripped state, the universe that she is in has tats on the wrists of soulmates and a secret organization sent to kill her and Parker. With that being said, I would like to remind you that she is dreaming. Therefore none of this makes any sense.
