Backstory:
In October 10. Kushina Uzumaki had given birth to two children. The firstborn being Naruto Uzumaki who looks like a mini Kushin. And the second born being Memma Namikaze who looks like a chibi Minato. During the birth of the children, a masked Uchiha manages to separate Minato from Kushina. Later the nine-tailed fox was removed from Kushina. Which led to the village being nearly destroyed and the only way to saved Konoha was to seal the nine tail fox into his children. But the third Hokage manage to arriv and ddo the sealing. He managed to seal the majority of the chakra in Menma and a small percentage to Kushina. Due to Minato writing the seals in Naruto in his gut some of the nine tail chakra manage to harm Naruto's chakra pool. The third Hokage sense his mistake but it was too late and the Shinigami took his soul.
After the sealing was done. Kushina and Minato took there children to be checked upon by Tsuande Senju who had arrived to healed the village. She manage to tell Kushina that she would be perfectly fine along with Menma... but that something happened to Naruto's chakra pathways. He had chakra but he wasn't able to mix the chakra.
Many years later Naruto was pretty much neglected by his father and the majority of the village for his younger brother Menma who was named the hero of the village. But lucky for Naruto Kushina loved her son too much to ever do what her husband was doing.
After another birthday where he was forgotten by his father and villager Naruto got locked outside when he finally passed out and dream of seeing two dragons fighting in his dream. One was a white dragon and the other being a red dragon. When they realize who it was they stopped and introduced themselves Albino and Ddrig who are his sacred gear who ended up traveling to the Elemental Nations and ended up in Naruto. Both dragon were shocked that his body hadn't blew up but understood that chakra humans were much more powerful and his Uzumaki bloodline made him the perfect being to hold both gears. They helped him to become the most powerful being in this side of the world and later the entire world. Both the elemental nations and earth were separated by a powerful seal by the god and the sage of six path and somehow they managed to make it to Naruto.
