That Long Chapter Where Stuff Hapens

"Let me see." He said. I didn't argue and I put my hands on my lap. I felt something be put under my eyes. The sting died away and I could open my eyes again. A man stood over me. He seemed around his thirties. His hair was mesed up and his hands had the purple blood of endermen.

He wiped off the blood on his pants and stuffed the rag in his pocket.

"Who are you?" I asked. He glanced at me, then at the sky.

"It would be best for you not to know right now." He said and started to walk away.

"So you're just going to leave?" Asked Krystal. Steve helped me up.

"No. I'm not actualy leaving. I'm just picking up something." As he said that, he bent over a picked up something shiny.

"What is it?" Asked Steve. The guy said nothing, but cautiously glanced at him. "Well?"

"You shouldn't worry about that either." He said. "Come with me." He beconed us to follow. I looked at Krystal. She shruged and walked to him. Steve sighed and followed. I picked up my sword and also followed.

I let Herobrine walk around me. The outfit he gave me was exactly like the one from Minecraft. Except I didn't have the amulet thingy.

"It needs something..." He said and thought. "Oh! Of course!" He snaped his fingers and his amulet glowed brighter. When the light died down, a perfect replica hung around my neck. I felt an odd power flowing inside me.

"What is this?" I asked. "This power?" I looked down at my gloved hands.

"Almost all powers like mine. You can fly and shoot fire and all that fun stuff." Herobrine siad with a slight smile. "All I ask of you is that you join me. If you refuse, well, let's just say it won't be good. If you agree, I might spare your friends." He put a finger on my version of the amulet. "This contains more power than you would believe. So what's your answer?"

I couldn't believe this. Herobrine, out of all people, wanted me to join him! Why the hell would I do that? But then again, the power was amazing. But what about my friends? But they'll be safe. How would I explain this to them? Would they understand? What was realy going to happen? But Herobrine... He would...

I glanced nervousley at him. He crossed his arms.

"Well?"

I couldn't believe the decision I was about to make...

We followed 'mister mystery' for a few minutes until he stoped at an apartment building. Half the roof was blown off, but most of it was still standing.

"This is it." He said. He opened the door and let us in. He guided us up a flight of stairs and to what I guessed was his apartment. When the door opened, there were three computers siting side by side. He unpluged a flashdrive and put it in his pocket. "This is all I need right now." He said.

I looked out the window and saw Seto, Kandace, and Eric. I called to them and waved. Kandace looked up. And pointed to me. They came in the building and into the apartment.

"So... Who's this dude?" Asked Seto.

"We have no clue." I said.

"Is this all of you?" The guy asked.

"Yeah. Unles you include Adam." Kandace said.

"Adam? Who's that?" Asked the guy. He raised an eyebrow. Ty, Kandace, Jerome, and Seto looked down with sad expresions. What did happen? They never did explain.

"What hapened?" I asked Kandace. "Girl to girl. Come on." I lead her out to the hallway. "Tell me everything." I said.

She spilled everything from up to a year ago. How they got sucked to Minecraft, how they beat Herobrine, how they lost Adam to Herobrine. Everything. Once done, we walked back in and Kandace explained everything to Steve, Eric, and the guy. The guy was more shocked than Steve and Eric.

"Oh, my." He said. "He... Damnit!" He quickly cooled. "Now I guess it's my turn to say?" He asked.

"Yes." Eric said.

"Okay. Well. My name is Markus. I'm also known as Notch." He said. Kandaces eyes grew. Ty and Setos mouths fell open. Jerome did both wide eyes and had his mouth open. I didn't believe it and Eric seemed to be amused like he didn't believe him either. "Mm-hm. I can understand your reactions. I must first say that this is partialy my fault." He said apolojetically. He was about to say something when Jerome inturupted him.

"Woah woah woah! So my friend, Mitch, died in Minecraft because of you?" He pointed a finger.

"Uuuh. It's not my... Actualy yeah. And I sencerley apologise." Markus said. "Anyway. I was doing my usual work at Mojang, trying to figure out what to add in for a new Minecraft mod. I went with Herobrine because he's probably the most known character in Minecraft. So I baught this apartment to do my work without geting desturbed. And, after I got going, it worked out well. I was soon able to create the Herobrine mob and equipt it with a scythe that you would get when he was defeated.

"After a while longer, something went wrong. A virus, I believed, but I ignored it because it wasn't messing with my codeing. I believe that the virus somehow merged with the codeing and made the Herobrine that is here in our world. I believe that he somehow got the powers like those fireballs from my work. The moment I noticed the mistake I made, it was too late. Herobrine had somehow escaped my computers, taking the virus with him.

"Finaly, by what you said, I guessed he made his own world with no seed. There's no posible way to acces the world without being transported within it. He created his own mob army, his own world, his own portal, his own sidekick, AKA Entity 3o3, and his own powers." Markus finished.

"But what about what he said to Adam back in the Nether?" Asked Jerome. "Something about 'the world is full of empty promises'?"

"Sorry, but I know nothing about that." Markus said. "If I did, I would tell."

We decided to devise a plan for stoping Herobrine.

"Focus!" Herobrine yelled from half way across the warehouse-like room. He threw another fireball. I had agreed to go with him, but just so he didn't kill my friends. He was training me to become almost as powerfull as him. Why? I have no clue. I kept trying to form my own fireball, but it didn't work.

"Gah!" I shouted as the fireball shot past me.

"Focus your energy! Relax your body more!" Herobrine yelled again and picked up a crate with his powers. I relaxed and the world seemed to slow down. I pulled back my arm and willed a flame to emerge for my palm. Once a small one did, the crate was almost at me. I made the flame grow and thrusted it towards the crate. It made contact. I think I made the flame a bit too big because it blasted through the crate and flung Herobrine to the opposite side of the room. I ran over to him.

"Urrr..." Herobrine moaned, laying in a pile of broken boards.

"Uh. Sorry?" I siad.

"It's fine. Ouch." Herobrine said as he got up. "That was... Pretty good. I think that was more of a supernova than a fire ball. I suggest you don't do that again if you know what's good for you." He shot me a warning glare before walking back to the center of warehouse again. "And you might want to see your eyes." He smirked.

"Now." He lifted another crate. "Let's begin again."
