"Okay, let's take a picture before you go on stage," Katie said excitedly. "I'm proud of you! Now, go show them what real dancing looks like!" She said after our picture.

"Oh hey, you look beautiful," His voice said.

"Xavier, you have seen me in this before," I said although I was my cheeks were a bit red I'm sure.

"Still doesn't mean I can't compliment you." He grinned. "Ready?" He asked holding his hand out for me to take. I took it in mine and grinned back, "Yeah."

When we went on stage everyone clapped for us. That is when it sunk in- its graduation! The day I have been waiting for since the beginning of senior year. After this, I can be free from high school and I can finally do as I please without worrying about what my high school records will tell. I can finally be free but with freedom comes some hardship and one of the hardest things I had to do was decide that my career is way more important than anything and I will move to California. I would miss my friends, Ryan and my family, but this is what I have to do to have a bright future.

After we finished our dance, sweaty and all; we bowed and grinned as the audience clapped, whistled and showed us love. In the crowd I could see my parents, friends, Maddy, her parents and a person I hadn't seen in what seems like forever, someone I couldn't get out of my mind and not to mention someone I didn't think could fly back into the country for this graduation. He was grinning and clapping hard. Our eyes met and he blew me a secret kiss and stuck his tongue out at me before clapping again with the rest if the crowd. I was trying hard to control my laugh as I was still on stage in front of everyone.

Xavier and I held hands and lifted them up then bowed at the same time. We clapped too as we walked slowly off the stage. We were hugged by Katie and she told us how proud she was of us again.

I had twenty minutes to get ready so I ran to the shower, showered fast and put on my dress and then my black graduation gown, cap and my black stiletto high heels. I walked quickly into the theatre undetected and sat at my correct spot. I got quite a lot of smiles and pats on the back as I sat down. I returned all the smiles then focused on Riley's speech, since she was elected to speak on behalf of the seniors, no surprise there. She is the smartest person most of us know.

I received another text but this time it was from Tori. Oh, he came! Yey!

I smiled and replied. I guess so?

After pressing send I looked back to see her reading the message and grinning back when she saw that I was looking at her.

"Tony Tyrion Lang" The headmistress called out from the stage. I hadn't realised that they had started. Tony stood up and walked to the stage, shook Mrs Clarks and smiled at the crowd who applauded him.

"Skylar Bailey Miller," Mrs Clark called out again. I turned to grin at Tori before standing to go to the stage. "This young lady is one of the best dancers I've seen, congratulations on your achievement" She shook my hand enthusiastically and gave me a hug as the crowd went crazy, cheering and clapping. I bowed and grinned as people stood up still clapping. I got off the stage still smiling.

After our pictures were taken and I finally took off this hot gown, I went to join my sister and Liam since my parents had to leave early to go back to work.

"Dude, you were amazing!" My sister said as she run up to me with her heels to give me a bear hug. Liam stepped up and gave me a hug too, even lifting me off the ground. "Congrats," He grinned.

"Thanks guys," I smiled.

"Can we take you home now? The parents have a surprise for you," She grinned.
