(f/n) sighed and tapped her pen against a notebook. Air in the class was heavy and stifling making her slightly growing headache worse. She looked at the blank, checkered paper in front of her where her math homework should have been done, but because she got lazy yesterday she didn't bother to do it. And why should she if she already knew how to solve those problems? Besides the newest episode of her favorite Tv-show is a way more important than some stupid ass math problems, right?

She looked out of a window that was slightly covered in mist. It was seemingly true that the winter was coming closer as much as she despised the thought of it. (f/n) hated cold and that you had to put on million pieces of clothing in order to survive and not die of hypothermia.

(f/n) touched the window and made a little dot to the blanket of mist. The window was cold and made her fingertip feel numb as she proceeded to draw a little cat face on it.

"...(l/n)." She continued the cat and drew little paws on it. "I think I should name it." She thought and decided that Mist was a good name since it basically was drawn with it.

"Ms. (f/n). (l/n)." She flinched as she heard her name being called vigorously and every word emphasized. She turned her attention towards her teacher, Mr. Ackerman, who stood in front of the class looking sternly at her. Everyone else's eyes were on her too, some looking at her funny and some with just a bored expression.

"Awh crap, how long has he been calling on me?"

"...Y-yes?" She said.

"Could you show us how you did the next problem?" Levi asked with his hands crossed across his chest. She quickly glanced at the open -and empty- page of her notebook. "Ah shit I'm fucked."

"Uhh... It might be that I haven't done that specific one..." She said and laughed nervously.

"Can I guess that you haven't done your homework at all?" He sighed and rubbed his temples as if this was giving him a headache which pissed her off.

"Fucker, don't try to act like this gives you more problems than it actually does. You're not the only one here with a growing migraine, you are not special you understand? And okay, I didn't do my homework, so what? I'll admit it I'm a bad student but what does it matter to you? Ahh, fuck this and fuck you one short piece of shit."

"No, I haven't. Sorry." She gazed down at her hands in shame even though inside of her head was going a raging monologue against her teacher and life overall.

"Tch. Jaeger, can you show us the problem instead?"

"Ah, yes!"

Today was the worst.

The bell rang to announce that the class was over. Students started to pack their things up and hurry up from classroom to the corridors. (f/n) lazily put her pencils to her black pencil case and got up from her desk. Her next subject was chemistry. "Great."  She thought as she got her backpack and started to make her way out of the classroom. "I better go outside for a while even though it rains. I need fresh air, this stuffy air here is seriously killing-"

"(f/n), could you stay for a while." Her thoughts were interrupted by a monotonous voice. It was Levi, his sharp eyes fixed on her as he leaned against his desk.

"What the fuck for did you use my first name? Getting casual with me, huh?"

She turned around to face him with an annoyed smile planted on her face. "What is it?"

"You have skipped a lot of classes and when you are present you don't pay attention. Also you haven't done your homework lately." He stated calmly his face expressionless as ever.

"So what?"

"Did he just want me to stay so he could scold me? That motherfu..." Negative thoughts started to gather in her head once again. The break wouldn't last forever and she still wanted to go outside for a moment, not spend time with her callous math teacher.

"Well it is quite a problem since you are not going to pass this course like this. I need you to stay after school to make up your missed classes and do all your undone homework."

"What?! But teacher I can't... I don't-" She started to argue but was silenced with a single glare.

"No buts or objections. We will meet at my office at 4 pm. Your school ends that time, am I right?"

"No, wait. Can't I bring them tomorrow to your office, all done and dusted?" She pleaded. There was no way she was going to stay after school to do some stupid math homework. And with him of all people.

"No, (f/n)." She squinted her eyes at him calling her again by her first name. "We have done that in the past and you never did keep your promise about doing them. This is seriously the final chance for you. If you don't come, you won't pass."

"But teacher I don't even need to do the homework to do well in exams and get good grades-"

"No. One of the criterions of passing this course is doing one's homework. It's not all about the exams." He didn't budge a bit. Wasn't it enough that it was raining like the whole Pacific Ocean wanted to pay a visit to her hometown and of course she had forgotten her umbrella, the thing she always ate during lunches was sold out, her head was aching like crazy and she got humiliated in front of her classmates but she also had to stay after school? Did she actually have to do it? She would have to stay till midnight considering how much homework she had skipped. She clenched her fists in frustration.

"Alright Mr. Ackerman, see you after school then, can't wait!" She exclaimed with an over happy voice and put the loveliest smile on her face and with that she left the classroom. A quiet "Tch" was heard, but it didn't make it into her ears since she was already stomping her way through the hallway. Well, if she was going to do it she could on balance make it fun and be as sarcastic and annoying as possible.
