Jimin looked back and saw Yoongi tying her hair. As his fingers traced the nape of her neck, a shiver ran down her spine.

Yoongi tucked her stray locks behind her ears and attempted to make a bun, but it was quite loose. As soon as he pulled his hands away, the bun gave way. Her hair cascaded down to her waist, and the loose strands once again kissed her cheeks.

Jimin's hair was golden and silky, which made the bun impossible to hold. When Yoongi saw his effort go to waste, his temper flared.

Now, Yoongi was a "devil"-he didn't know how to accept defeat. He had put so much effort into styling her long hair, only for it to unravel. As he reached out to try again, Jimin quickly said, "Leave it, let my hair be like this. It won't stay tied. I'll pin it up later." Yoongi didn't say anything, but he gently tucked the strands on her cheeks behind her ears.

Jimin was unaware that Sura had been watching them for a long time.

However, Yoongi knew Sura was there; he was deliberately showing Sura that Jimin belonged only to him.

Seeing Jimin and Yoongi so close ignited a fire of rage within Sura. Yoongi remained standing uncomfortably close to Jimin.
Sura let out a fake cough. Jimin and Yoongi turned toward the door in unison.

Seeing Sura, Jimin instantly stepped away from Yoongi. Sura held out the water jug in his hand and said, "May I have some water?"

Jimin nodded quickly and reached out to take the jug from Sura, but Yoongi stepped in. Without any expression, he took the jug from Sura's hands and handed it to Jimin instead.

Seeing Yoongi do this, Sura was furious. He thought to himself, "You bastard, you're so arrogant about your belongings, aren't you? I will crush all your arrogance."

Meanwhile, Jimin didn't hand the jug back to Sura; she just placed it on the table. Seeing this, a crooked smile spread across Yoongi's face, and he walked toward his room without a word.

A short while later,

Sura and Yoongi were eating breakfast at the dining table. Sura said, "Yoongi, I have to attend a meeting in Shimla today, so I'm leaving now. It will take 3-4 days."

Yoongi just replied with a "Hmm" and continued his breakfast. Looking at his face, no one could tell what was going on in his mind.

Yoongi thought, "If I take Jimin to the Min mansion, Mom won't let her come back for days, and now Sura is also leaving. There are bodyguards for Jimin's safety, and I will be back from Goa in 2 days."

After a while, Yoongi gestured for Jimin to follow him to their room. Jimin didn't understand at first, but she followed him. Sura watched them, wearing a cunning smile.

Flashback

Yoongi was exercising in his gym when his phone rang. He picked it up and said, "Yes, speak, eunwoo."

Eunwoo replied from the other end, "Yoongi, we have to leave for Goa today. It's urgent. Mr. Singhania has some doubts, and since he has a leg fracture, he cannot travel, so we have to go."

Hearing eunwoo, Yoongi said, "Okay, make the arrangements. We are leaving today."

Yoongi spoke more with eunwoo, unaware that Sura was eavesdropping. When Sura heard Yoongi's conversation, a devilish smile appeared on his face. He walked to his room, laughing like a madman.

End of Flashback

Inside Yoongi's room, he locked the door and walked toward Jimin. Standing very close to her, he said, "Look, I am going on a business trip for 2 days. You will stay here. There are bodyguards here for your safety, okay?"

Hearing this, Jimin said fearfully, "I have to stay alone? I don't want to be alone. I'm scared of Sura."

Yoongi understood her fear perfectly. He looked at her intently and said, "Don't worry about him. He will be in Shimla for 3-4 days. I'll be back by then."

With that, Yoongi walked out of the room and saw Sura taking his luggage. Yoongi didn't say anything and went into his study.

Moments later, Yoongi and eunwoo were by the car. Jimin was watching them from the main door. Yoongi's eyes were fixed on Jimin. Jimin didn't want him to leave, and Yoongi felt the exact same way.

He thought to himself, "What is happening to me? Why don't I want to go today?"

Yoongi pushed all those thoughts aside, took a deep breath, and sat in the car. Jimin went back inside. After going in, she busied herself with housework.

In the evening, to distract herself, she was walking in the garden.

She noticed that the bodyguards outside the house were not the ones Yeonjun had brought. She looked at them, confused, and asked, "You don't look like the ones Yeonjun brought."

"Miss, we are new recruits; we joined today," one of them replied. Jimin stared at them for a moment and walked back inside the house.

Inside, Jimin sat in the hall watching cartoons when the sound of the doorbell broke her focus. She checked the time and wondered, "Who could have come at this hour?"

She got up and went to open the door. The moment she opened it, it felt as if her soul had left her body. She stammered in terror, "You?"
